On July I ordered a product from ***, Order #*** with shipping, it was $My *** *** credit card was chargedI received a confirmation email from the companyI never received anything else
On July I called the phone numbers on the confirmation and on the web siteMore than half the time, the phone numbers don't connect or pick upWhen they do, you get a recording saying to send order inquiries to an iti addressI sent messages to all the emails on the web site as well as this customer service addressI never received any reply
A few days later, I called their *** number and entered random extensions until I reached a man who claimed he was looking up my order and making sure it was processedI have yet to received the product or any contact as promised

Same as every other reviewOrdered a product that was never sentIt was charged but not ever deliveredSCAM & FRAUD!

I ordered merchandise from this seller ad received an order confirmation After about weeks, I had not received the product, so I emailed Customer Service I waited a week and received no response I called their toll free number which directed me back to submitting and email to CS Instead, I started typing in numbers in hopes to get a live person on the line I did, *** *** answered I explained the situation and gave him my order number He said he never received the email through the CS system and proceeded to look up my order He told me he showed that it had shipped I explained that I had not received a shipping confirmation, nor had the product arrived He said they do not provide shipping confirmations
He then said he'd look into the situation further, and based on what he found out, would send me another product He even followed up with an email the next day confirming the actions he would take I have not heard from him since, despite numerous emails T

I placed an order for a back scratcher through this company on July 19th for $( I have the emailed receipt, if needed), except I made the purchase through backscratcherworld.comIt is now September 1st and I have not received the product, nor have I received a refund, any tracking information, or a return call to my inquiries
I have attempted to contact the company timesI called and left a message twice with the designated phone number on the website
I also sent emails to the designated email on their ***@backscratcherworld.com

Back on February first, I placed an online order for a backscratcher for a valentines gift for my husbandValentines day came and went and I had heard nothing from the company about the shipment of my itemI called and received a voicemail to which I left a message inquiring about my orderI heard nothing backI then proceeded to email the sales department and the following week heard back from Jodee B*** stating they were in the process of moving and there telephone lines were not workingShe assured me my Oder would go out early that week and sent priorityI was hoping to still give it as a b day gift for my husband come the 28th of feb I never received any tracking as promised and I still do not have the item I paid forI have sent two follow up emails asking for a full credit back to my credit card and cancellation of the orderI bought my gift elsewhereI asked for a quick response to which I have heard nothing stillIt hasbeen well over a month and still no itemI

I PURCHASED A Laser Engraved Hardwood Back Scratcher ON SEPTEMBER 14TH, ORDER #*** AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCTMONEY WAS DEBITED FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT ON SEPTEMBER 15TH, I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A GUY NAMED TIM AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD CHECK ON TRACKING AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING SINCE THEN AND NO ONE RETURNS MY PHONE CALL OR EMAILS

Order was already refunded in fullOrder had "Free Shipping"One of the items ordered was backlogged and policy is to ship all Free Shipping orders complete - no partial shipmentsWould not have been a problem had the customer ordered using a credit card which would not have been charged until
the order was shipped but they chose to pay with *** which immediately debited their account when they placed the order*** caused this problem, not us

I ordered a custom wall-mounted back scratcher from the Back Scratcher World website approximately months ago I never received a confirmation email with an order number but the amount came out of my bank account and I never received my order I tried searching their website for my order info but without an order number, I cannot search I call their customer service line and a message tells you to email the ITI customer service with your order number but there is no live assistance you can speak with In spite of not having an order number, I emailed them anyway about months ago and never heard back Their website says they are a Revdex.com member and lists hours of operation I called the number for the local business in Vancouver and redirects you to the ITI message from the website number Seems like a complete scam

She was notified by email that the item had been discontinued and the entire order was entire refundedWe owe her nothing

These guys are just scammers I gave them one star..as you have to give them something I wrote a letter addressed to MrTim B*** at corporate headquarters in Vancouver, WA and it came back "undeliverable."

I ordered an extra large watch band from Extend-Its on March 26thMy card was charged within a day but I have not received the watch band as of April 25thTheir order monitoring service says the order was received, but shows no further progressI have emailed them three times at two different web addresses and have called three separate telephone numbers for both Extend-Its and ITI Web StoresI have contacted my bank to block my card and to try to get my money backDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Item was out of stock. Order had been refunded.

Yesterday, I did receive the merchandise from Intelligent Technologies, Inc.  So this can be closed.
 
Intelligent Technologies never communicated with me even though I left email and telephone messages, so I ordered a similar product from another on-line service.  That package...

arrived yesterday as well, although it was ordered 10 days after the order to Intelligent Technologies.  I will never do business with Intelligent Technologies again.  Their customer service doesn't exist.

Why are you wasting my time with this? I don't need his agreement to cancel his order. The entire order has already been refunded and the order cancelled [see attached receipt from Authorize.net]. We owe him nothing. If he wants the items that were in stock he will need to place a new order.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is sort of satisfactory to me. The money has been refunded and I appreciate that, however this company should get poor ratings from Revdex.com. This order was a Christmas present and was treated as if it meant nothing, I am sure his comment of " why are  we wasting his time with this " sums up the business ethics for this company. Extremely disappointing, he can rest assured that I will not be doing any more business with his firm.Sincerely, [redacted]
