I recently sold my iPhone 5 to 'Its Worth More,' and my experience was very satisfying. The information on their web site was very helpful; they provided a postage paid shipping label; their email confirmations and communications were timely and contained very complete information. Even though their initial offer was higher than the revised offer following their evaluation of my device, part of the issue was that I had provided inaccurate information about the model of my phone. Their explanation between the 2 models was very helpful and I understood the revised offer - and felt it was fair. I would deal with them again - and learned what materials and packaging I need to keep on hand for the next time I sell a phone.

Submitted a IPAD Mini, quoted price on internet of $125.00, comparable sites offered 85.00. I have used this IPAD mini since purchase as a home reader. I am 57 years old. Has been covered since purchase. Brand New condition. Company stated that it dirt under glass, provided two pics. One normal resolution...one expanded. Expanded pic did not show Pixels of dirt. I complained. They offered to send back Ipad. I was not trusting at this point that I would receive back same Ipad and I found it interesting that they offered the same price that G[redacted] was offering that day.

I was selling my macbook pro on eBay. Before I realized, a "doctor lady" had defrauded me using the most common trick of internet age, phishing email, and I had already shipped the machine. All without receiving any money.

Due to the nature of the case, Mr Abbas A[redacted], the CEO of IWM, personally had to get involved, working through all the legal and other aspects, and also personally keeping me posted, patiently explaining things being done to get my ltop back.

Eventually, after almost three months of effort by Mr. Abbas and his team, I got back my machine. I am so grateful to them, and so inspired by their business ethics and personal integrity.

So, the incident that started as an embarrassing one, became an inspirational one.

The company are devaluing devices that people are sending in. Prime example on the website that will give you estimate of how much your device is worth and when your device arrive at their facility they change the quote.

I was offered $61 more dollars than a competitor of itsworthmore.com offered so I obviously went with this business. They sent me a shipping label immediately after I accepted their offer and am anticipating the check ($161) for a very cracked iPhone 6. I am not one to want to deal with the hassle of selling on eBay so I was very impressed with the straight offer from its worth more. Will definitely recommend to others if they are looking to sell their electronics and get paid quickly hassle free!

It's Worth More is a great company. They definitely meet the expectations set in their advertisements. They communicated with me ASAP after receiving my submission; they reviewed my merchandise within 24 hours; and they paid me out the exact amount they promised. I would use them again and would definitely recommend to others.

I submitted my iphone to this company recently. It was in perfect condition because I had not used it very long and I am extremely careful with my phones. Their instructions which I printed out said that I was to remove the SIM card from the phone. Which I did. When they got my phone they offered me less than half of what they originally offered citing that my screen was distorted (which is untrue) and that it was missing the SIM card that they instructed me to remove. Watch out for this company.It is a scam in my opinion. I would never deal with them again,and never never send your equipment to them. I am expecting my phone to be sent back in the pristine condition in which I sent it or there will be further action on my part.

I recently sold two devices to itsworthmore.com ...an Apple ipad mini & a iphone 5s. I expected the quotes I was given to be lowered after the inspection. Everything you read about this company is true. This was the most accurate transaction I have ever done. They gave me 100% of what they advertised plus paying my shipping. This all happened within a matter of 4-5 days. So very impressed with the service.

I sold my iPhone 6 to ItsWorthMore because I had a cracked screen. I answered their questions and they offered me more than 50% than[redacted] and some others. After going through with their offer, the money from ItsWorthMore was dropped into my PayPal account; however PayPal contacted me and thought that I was receiving funds from a fraudulent company so they sent the money back to ItsWorthMore. I was looking online for a company to help me sell my iphone6 since I upgraded to iphone6 plus. I found this company itsworthmore.com. The website was very easy to use. I just clicked the request a quote option and followed the question's. The pre selected questions were very on the mark. Then I simple printed a label from the website and sent it UPS that same day. I was surprised by there quick response. I sent Miya iPhone in on 12-23-15 and had an offer on 12-31-15. It was a very good offer.
