I told. them what condition my iPad was in, and after they inspected it, I promptly received a check for the amount quoted. I can not say enough good things about this company. I requested a quote online and was very satisfied with the amount offered, so I packed up my items and shipped them off. They got there the day before Thanksgiving so I figured I wouldn't hear from them until the end of the following week - but I heard from them immediately that they received my items and would process them shortly. On Monday they notified me they were processing and on Tuesday I received an email that they had approved my offer and thanked me for accurately assessing my items, I received the full $745! Purchased a device through their ebay store. When the device arrived I found that the battery only lasted for a couple hours. Their customer service through ebay was almost non-existent as it would take them days to respond to messages and sometimes they didn't even respond. I finally contacted them over the phone and they agreed to refund me the cost of battery replacement. I began the refund process through ebay and they sent me a message that they would only refund a portion of the cost of battery replacement, not the full cost as they previously agreed to. Awful, dishonest support.

Horrible experience and shady practices. I sent in a brand new unactivated HTC 10 still with the factory wrap on it...I was quoted $400 which is way less then they are selling new. I was asked to take out the sd card and to send in the phone...after receiving the phone I'm told it can't be accepted as new because no charger was sent in which was never requested when the offer was made by itsworthmore......I was offered $325 after they wasted my time minus fees on a new $550 phone...I should have never wasted my time and sold it on craigslist...words can't describe what I think about these people.

I have sold many devices over the years and have usually been disappointed and had to have the Revdex.com intervene in order to get the money I was promised. In the case of Itsworthmore I did look in advance and see they had an A rating so I took a chance. First off they offered me $100 more than any other company (which is what made me leery and what made me check their rating) and secondly after they received my item they quickly told me it was in better condition than I said (I knew it was pretty much flawless but put good as this has caused problems in the past - companies usually make any excuse -a slight scratch, etc.- reason to reduce what they will pay you) they were upping the original offer. That has never happened. I had my check within days.

This company offered me the most for my IPhone 5. During the entire life of my phone it was protected by a LifeProof case and it was never dropped or damage. I had it with me at the [redacted] when I purchased my new IPhone 6. It was inspected there and they offered my $48.00 for the phone. I checked the Internet and ItsWorthMore.com offered me the most. When I sent the phone it was in perfect, like new condition. After their receipt in "inspection" the informed me that:

Upon inspection of your item(s) by our specialists, the following adjustments were made to your offer:

• Your iPhone 5 was received, evaluated and found to power on.
• The device received was found with the screen lifting out of the frame at the upper left side area. It also has distortion in the lcd when pressing normally in that area. The screen/lcd assembly will require repair or replacement.
• Due to this the condition of this device was brought down to Broken condition and the offer adjusted to match our findings.

In my opinion this company is taking your perfectly good phone and devaluing it falsely. I've declined their offer and they had better return my undamaged IPhone or I will have to handle this in civil proceedings.

Easiest experience sending back 6 phones and actually getting a refund fast. I am impressed with their communication and direction. I am not techy at all and I was able to follow the directions and receive my payment all within the same month. great job! will use them again.
