I’m very glad that I spent an extra dollar for mold inspection. My house was recently inspected by home inspector and was “cleared” off any problems or defects. I couldn’t believe that because I used to smell mold after every rain and even in a humid days. My insurance was very happy with the results, but not me. After Polar guys inspected my attic, they found a leak and a huge mold plantation. Now my “happy” insurance will hire Polar Tiger to remove the mold and fix a problem. Second opinion matters. My dad used to smoke pipe a lot and entire house smelled like smokers lounge. Many contractors tried many things, but smell would come back within a few days or weeks. I was about to tier all the carpets and repainting entire house, but lucky me I didn’t. After I found out that Polar Tiger is using a different approach, I decided to try. No more chemicals. I knew there should be other way and now I found it. Thanks to Polar Tiger my basement is clean in a safe way. Not a drop of chemicals and mold is gone.
