No more chemicals. I knew there should be other way and now I found it. Thanks to Polar Tiger my basement is clean in a safe way. Not a drop of chemicals and mold is gone. Outstanding job, by me of course, by calling Polar Tiger. I didn’t even know that dry ice could be used for cleaning. Safe, quick and clean. Chemicals are not an option anymore, it may was yesterday, but surely not today! Way to go Tiger, thanks a million!

Review: Under new ownership without informing us, won't work with us on payments when I have a medical issue. Not even one payment late and trying to get the car back.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. They don't wanna work with us when we really need help. It's like they don't care.

Revdex.com of VA This email is in response to the customer complaint ID #[redacted] On Friday May 3rd 2013 I met with [redacted] to discuss her current situation. She had spoken to an account rep earlier and advised her that she had a separated shoulder and had been placed off work. Customer advised account representative that she was only receiving $74.00 a week from child support. No idea when the disability would be approved. I then met with Ms. [redacted] myself and discussed her current income, performed a budget and reviewed her personal injury. Ms. [redacted] stated that she currently was only receiving $74.00 a week in child support and the DR. had placed her on leave from work due to her injury. She stated the child support was her only source of income until the short term disability was approved but doesn't know when that will be. Her mom, co-buyer, is also unemployed therefore cannot assist in helping at this time. I performed a budget analysis to see how her income compared to her expense structure. As a result of that budget Ms. [redacted] is $1192.00 negative income. I asked [redacted] how she felt about the budget. She confirmed it was difficult and should improve if her disability was approved. I asked Ms. [redacted] if she could think of a relative or friend that could help her make this payment until some resolution on the disability was determined. I advised Ms. [redacted] that we couldn't place the account on long term hold but once we knew the outcome of her disability we could structure a catch up plan to assist her during this difficult time. Ms. [redacted] agreed to that approach and would speak to her Aunt to see if she would be in position to help. I advised Ms. [redacted] to call me later that day and she agreed to do so. If she didn't get an answer she would call me by 9:00 Saturday morning and advise me of the results. I advised Ms. [redacted] that we could discuss account more from after that information became available. I never received a call back from Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted]'s statement about new ownership is incorrect. CNAC VA107 is still an operating business in the state of VA and the owners are the same. We do have a company managing the accounts for us but ownership has never changed. Also based on a review of her account history the account has been DQ 31 times out of 78 payments.
