Ms [redacted] was given a cancelation notice with her contract and it states that if customer would like to cancel that it must be signed with in 3 days and sent back to the company. No cancelation notice has ever been signed and sent to the office.  There for it states that if customer signs the...

Number 19 on back of contract it states" unless provided in writing , if cancelation period expires with out cancelation by owner and if owner refuses to allow J E S and it assigns to begin work the scheduled work.  J E S shall be paid by the owner 30% of the cash price as a compromised and agreed upon liquidation damages."

I have been waiting 6 months since the time I first called with a problem from a job they did. The girl in the office says I hung up on her the last two times she spoke with me. In our last two conversations she kept telling me when your on the schedule I will call you. I asked when was I going to put on schedule and again she said when your put on the schedule I will call you. That's all she would say. Nothing more said. So in my opinion she had nothing more to say to me. She doesn't answer any of my questions. The answer is always the same, "when your on the schedule I will call you". So I hang up. As to her response "I will try to speak with [redacted] if she doesn't hang up on me regarding this matter", why would I hang up if she calls to tell when they are coming to fix my basement?After waiting 6 months why can't I be on the schedule? I supposedly was on the schedule 4 times, the first time being July 14,2015 and the last time Sept 19,2015, no show either of the 4 times. I have water pouring into my finished basement just like it did before they did the job. My carpet got soaked and the paneling on the wall is wet. This is a health issue regarding mold. This business has caused me extreme stress and depression regarding this matter. After waiting 6 months, 4 times being on the schedule and no show either time, no phone call to inform me they were not coming except Sept 19th, 2015 I received a text message from girl in office on Sept 19th, telling me they would not be here.My resolution to this matter is to be given a date when they are coming to fix a job they did and show up when they say they are going to.

We are not in default of contract and cancelation notice is post marked after the 3 days recison. No refund will be issued

[redacted]You are the one that came up with the $3884. as the down payment, in which I paid in full with check #2381. Contract does not say anything about 30% down. You were supposed to have the work started within approximately 3 days and completed within approximately 45 days. It has now been 52 days since I signed your contract. Most kind of you to 'honor' an extension on your own contract. I would like the work started and finished immediately. I will not, however, accept a price increase in the spring. I will abide by the prices listed in the contract.I will either expect to have my money returned to me (which is the 'honorable' thing to do) or, I will expect to see the work started within the next 3 days. I look forward to either one.

[redacted]That means you are in default of our contract. I would like my money back immediately.

Our office has received a cancelation notice from Ms. [redacted] but according to the mailing it was not mailed out until the 10 th of November which is after my last response. I took a picture to upload but could not do that. Our office is willing to provide that proof for you. So therefor number 19 on back of contract still stands. 30 % is owed to the company. Because the job was scheduled and ms.[redacted] would not let us start the job. If there is a way to upload this picture of the mailing please let me know so I can provide that documentation for the records. Thank you.

No refund will be issued nor interest. The job will not start until Ms [redacted] agrees to the $5000 on first day and last $5000 on completion.

9/15/17our company was out at residence yesterday, no visable water was found. there is no problem at this address. we are running amirror drain up higher on the walls today as I am writing this.

We have spoke with this customer, and issuing a refund of the difference on the credit card. We are waiting on a copy of bill to verify. Our service department has been notified of the concerns customer has. The field inspector is suppose to be in contact the customer, regarding when they will be...
