This customer ordered two rifles from J&G Sales LtdThe rifles were shipped and deliveredHe then called and did not like the condition of one of the rifles and decided to keep it after accepting a $discount which was refunded to the credit cardHe later decided he did not want the rifle and desired an exchangeWe arranged and paid for the returnAfter we received the returned rifle we did not feel the customer would be satisfied with the replacements availableWe then issued a full refund for the price of the rifle and the shipping for the rifleCustomer has been completely refunded everything paid to J&G Sales for the rifle

If what J&G says is true then why did UPS deliver the second package to the Post Office yesterday? The fact is when I asked the clerk at the UPS customer center why the first package was left there she told me the sender had requested itThere were two parts to my order shipped from different warehouses;I have attached the screen shot that shows the second half of my order being delivered on MondayJ&G is trying to find any excuse to not accept responsibility for their mistake The simple fact that the second half of my order was delivered shows that there was nothing wrong with how it was addressed and it was clearly there fault that the first package was not delivered

We understand Mr [redacted] frustration since he had to pick up his package from UPS.The way Mr [redacted] entered his address into our website resulted in him having to pickup his ordersInstead of entering his address correctly as "7th St"., he instead entered "7st"This confused UPS since the street number was not entered correctlyAlso this is not his home address, it is a US Post Office buildingHe also added "Unit [redacted] to his address which is a PO Box at this Post Office buildingMr [redacted] claims he has had UPS deliver to his PO Box this way in the past, and that may be true of other product, but he ordered ammunition, which is restricted and the US Post Office does not handle it.Again we sympathize with Mr [redacted] who had to drive to pick up his package, but we are unable to refund him his shipping amount of $17.94.We shipped his package to the address he provided on our websiteIt was changed to be held for pickup at the UPS center, otherwise the package would have been returned as undeliverable, and he would have no product and still be out the shipping which UPS would not refund.Thank you

[redacted]'s continuing complaint seems to be that J&G Sales did not admit we sent a rifle with a defect. We have never denied that the item had a defect, and we paid all the freight to return it, and we gave a full refund with shipping included since the rifle was not in satisfactory condition.
[redacted] then continues with his claim that he is owed $68.60 for peripheral expenses he calculated such as his time and his cleaning cloths and brushes he used to clean the rifle. These are not expenses he paid to J&G Sales and were not part of the refund. He was refunded everything he paid to J&G Sales for the item.
We understand he wanted an exchange instead of a refund, but after the rifle was returned and after his following letters, we felt there was nothing available to exchange that would be satisfactory, so the full refund was issued instead.

On Wednesday 11 Mar, 2015 I contacted J&G Sales about purchasing a replacement stock for a rifle. The stock is very specific, and I spoke to a man [redacted], who seemed very informed. I placed my order and subsequently cancelled a transaction for a stock through another private seller. The stock arrived on the night of 13 Mar. The stock was not as advertised, nor was the stock even from the country that produced the rifle. On the invoice it clearly stated that the stock had to be for a Yugoslavian Rifle. Instead, the incompetent employee [redacted] packed a stock from Germany. This stock in no way, shape or form will fit my rifle. I called J&G Sales today, and spoke to the same person I made the order with [redacted]. He said the company could do nothing until at least Monday, when the Customer Service Rep [redacted] arrived back to work. [redacted] also identified himself, at this point, as the General Manager of the company. At best, he was surly and unhelpful. At present, I now have possession of a useless stock, J&G Sales has my money, and they will continue to inconvenience me by sending the stock back. Thanks to J&G Sales, I still have no stock, and my other option for getting one has closed.

We are not trying to make excuses. We do not have an answer for why UPS would deliver one shipment but not another to the same address. What we do know is the following:1) The shipment in question was shipped to the address the customer provided. 2) UPS reported this package as undeliverable by UPS due to a bad address. 3) It was going to be returned to sender, so it was changed to a "Hold for Pickup" status so that the customer would still be able to get the items.4) The customer picked up the items.All would have probably gone smoothly if Mr. [redacted]l had entered a correctly formatted address on our website. This does not take into consideration that the US Post Office officially does not handle ammunition shipments.Fortunately Mr. [redacted]l was able to pick up his package rather than miss it altogether.
