Keith C. Repaired removed/replaced a malfunctioning capacitor on one of our air condition units and also performed initial tune-up on all three A/C units. Keith was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to doing business with Albritton Service Company again.
We have always had a good experience with Albritton Service Co. in Ruston. They are very professional and quick to respond. Keith C, who serviced our furnace this morning, was excellent. He arrived when we expected him, checked out the unit, and explained everything to me patiently. We have had a service contract (Peak Performance) with Albritton for many years and we plan to keep renewing.
Keith C was very helpful in repairing our ice machine. We have had several to look at it and they did not do all that he did to get clean ice.

I had lighting to be hung at my home and R[redacted] from Albritton Service Company, LLC, came out today to do the work. His service was exceptional. The used trouble shooting for some preexisting difficult wiring issues and even left for a few minutes to get new parts that were unexpectedly needed. While he was here, I added another wiring job and he performed it without hesitation. Then, I had two more electrical questions in the house that he jumped on and answered. If adding a few more issues to a service call is annoying, R[redacted] would have not let you know it. He was more efficient than I could imagine. If there was a rate then 10/10 is what he would get.
Keith C[redacted] came to our office building to check overhead heat vents. Quickly identified the problem and made adjustments. Everything working great now. Mr. C[redacted] was very personable and knowledgeable and completed job in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend him and Albritton Service Company.

I am a Manager in the school system in Lincoln Parish and Albritton's (Keith C***) has serviced all my coolers and freezers. I think he has been here more than at any other location. He has been a great service man. Not only does he work on coolers and freezers he helps move every thing from one place to another so that nothing is lost when things don't work as good as they did in younger years. We have three large, high triangular windows that allowed a lot of sunlight into our living room. The sun was wrecking havoc on our furniture. We decided to use Atlantic Shoreline Co. to put quality 3M window film on our windows. Two workers took less than two hours to attach the film. They did a superb job cleaning the windows and adding the film. They took time to clean up after their ladders were removed. The windows are a little darker but not noticeably.
My experience with Albritton's was very positive. The employees I had contact were very pleasant, professional, and helpful. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of electrical help.
I want to say that a employee with this company went above and beyond the call of duty on a service call. When a person was injured, this employee (Travis C.) went out of his way to aide and assist in helping this person. If all of their employees exemplify this type of attitude and eagerness to assist. They are more than the rest of these companies that are there to just make a dollar. After assisting with the situation and making sure the person was ok, this kind man proceeded on to handle the job at hand and fixed the A/C unit. My hat is off to this company.
