The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. They called us to let us know they were on their way over. Keith C was our service tech, he was friendly, he listened as I explained our problems with the heating unit, and he found the problem quickly. He explained the repairs and cost with me. This was a very positive experience!
I have used Albritton many times throughout the past several years and have always been satisfied. Robbie R was professional and pleasant to work with. He did exactly what I asked him to do. My experience with Robbie rates the highest rating, and I told him before he left that he made an A+.

Professional and Courteous, Robbie R. called the day before to set up an appointment, and called as he was heading to our house. He evaluated the problem, explained the options, and fixed the issue. Robbie was careful to wear shoe covers inside the house and left everything the way he found it. You couldn't ask for more!
Great Company! A/C went out on a Sunday and it wasn't long until Hxxx showed up in the driveway, knew exactly what to do to fix the issue and we're back up and going and couldn't be happier!
Travis C.from Albritton Service Co. came to fix our air conditioning unit on 7/21/15. One of our employees fell while taking him to the electrical room. Travis went above and beyond helping to bring the employee inside the office and help with first aid until the ambulance arrived. After she was taken to the hospital he promptly returned outside and had our air running within minutes.
Keith C. did a checkup this morning on our heating unit. Keith was very professional, friendly and represented ASC in a great way!
