Awesome! My fence was completed on time and is beautiful [redacted] , [redacted] & [redacted] were a joy to work with always answering all my questions right awayeven putting up a temporary doggie fence during installationI am VERY pleased with the job they did!

I hired JJ fencing to install a fence in my backyard on a new construction Conditions have been wet so I understood when they had trouble getting it started Once conditions dried out, however, they said they would get started one morning but the staff didn't show up until pm (guy) who complained (using the f word) and said he couldn't do it Said they'd be back first thing in the morning to complete it before our landscaping was installedThe next day they came back and set the postsThe following day, they sent another guy (1) to put up the rails and wire A second guy showed up at pm and said they didn't get paid enough to finish the (f'n) job since the landscaper moved some dirt and they'd have to dig 6inches down along feet of fence to set the wire That was 3+ weeks ago and I haven't seen anyone since I've called and emailed Justin (when he answers) and he keeps telling me they will be out to finish but they haven't yetThey had ample time to put it in when it was dry prior to our landscaping but didn't bother to show up or call I had to track them down I'm not a complainer but I've had enoughVery poor serviceAt least have the deceny to call your customers and explain the circumstances, that would go a long way

Update to previous reviewThey sent out an installer on Saturday to complete the jobThe work Aaron did was absolutely outstanding - I've never seen a straighter or truer fenceThey didn't install the style we selected but we didn't ask to re-doStill had communications issues after submitting final payment insuring that they received the paymentWe did get a thank-you cardCommunications issues would keep me from using them again which is too bad because the work I got done was excellent

Repeat customer who has recommended JJ Fencing to friends and neighbors, but they refuse to return my calls for a new project We have left countless messages and spoken to the owner Justin twice, but all attempts have resulted in the same result; absolutely no follow up and extremely poor (essentially zero) communication Would not recommend JJ Fencing to anyone and we are very disappointed with the lack of follow through and common courtesy Keep in mind, this is coming from a repeat customer Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time and effort with JJ Fencing

My experience is similar to others' who have reviewed this businessJJ Fencing demanded payment from me despite the fact that they had not completed the work agreed upon in our initial walk throughIn addition, they left a large irrigation pipe disassembled in my yard (for some reason they had disassembled it during the fence construction)and when I asked that they please come and reassemble it they apologized stating that they were running behind on another job and didn't have time to clean it up (it took me asking for them to come back and put it back together for them to acknowledge this was left incomplete)When I did not provide final payment because the work was not done in my opinion they slapped me with a 10% "interest charge" every days until I paid When I explained that I would not pay the late fee as the job was not completed on the date they reported on their invoice (the work was not complete until over a month later) they threatened to take me to small claims court! I had paid them in full for the work at that point, they are threatening to take me to small claims court for their inappropriately assessed late feesCommunication was impossible! They rarely responded to emails, did not return my calls, and never answer their phones The only time I heard from them was when they were doing their billing for the month and would touch base demanding paymentAt which point I would request that they complete the job, they would insist that it was done despite knowing it wasn't and telling me ------ would come by at his convenience to complete it, and ending by demanding payment and threatening more late chargesI requested that they give me notice before coming onto my property to complete the job and they refused stating that "------ is very busy and will come when he can." I explained that I have animals and I am concerned they would get out if a person came unannounced and was not expecting them, and that I was concerned about my liability in case someone was bitten by one of them, my preference would be to have my animals inside when they came back, they continued to refuse and ultimately came on to my property, without my permission, unannounced to complete the jobNonexistent customer service/communication, immature problem solving, lack of collaboration, refusal to schedule a time with me to come onto my property, leaving my yard in disarray, and the threat of small claims court when I refused to pay their astronomical late fees because of disagreement about whether the job was complete = use another company, a fence is a fence, this company is not worth the trouble

I will never refer this company to anyoneSince I gave them the deposit they will not return any of my callsSome times they will text meAlso they put the post in the grown on a tueNever showed back up on Thursday as schedule, nor on fridayAgain no callI had to call, than text to find out that we pushed back to MondayWe will seeAlso we talked about what stain we wanted in the consalt, and now they are saying it's not part of the bidAgain they will not return any of my callI have been trying to talk to someone for three weeks and nothing! Don't use this company!!!!!!!

Justin was very responsive to calls and communication via email Was able to give bids, start work and finish work in timely fashion Workers were friendly and helpful We originally wanted foot gates but then we decided to switch them to to give more room This was not a problem Easy to work with
I feel that he was professional and knowledgeable in helping with the process of making the fence

Called and spoke to one of the guys at JJ. Informed him I had a job for him, he said he would do a drive by quote for me give me a price in a day or two. Two weeks later I still hadn't heard back. The other reviewers were right, they don't follow through with what they say they will do, and keeping in contact with them is difficult at best. I finally called them and told them they lost my business.

I hired JJ fencing to put up a fence. I was happy with how quick we received an estimate and the start date. I was originally happy with the fence. However within a week of installation the gate was sticking to the point where we could not open it. I contacted the owner, Justin, to have this fixed. With each call he promised it would be fixed within the next few days. No one would show. I had to consistently call the company and beg to have someone come fix it. Someone finally did come back, after 6 requests. However the gate still sticks and is difficult to open. It is not worth my time or efforts to fight to get the gate fixed so we hired someone else. What started as a positive experience quickly turned negative. Once you pay the company they do not care to help you, nor to they stick by their work. Without hesitation, I do not recommend this company.

We hired this company to do 1/3 of yard. They did an OK job. There are some issues with the gate and then they did not stick the fence down enough towards the ground on the side of the yard that slopes an the neighbors dog dug a bunch of holes underneath the fence so then we had to put a bunch of bricks at the base of our fence which is not that pretty. This was the only way to keep the neighbors dogs out now.

We tried to hire them to come back out to do another chunk of fence a couple of weeks later. I called and every time I was told I would get a call back and they would get us on the books. They never did call us back, not even to tell us they could not do the job. They just flaked. It was very poor customer service. They should not have lied repeatedly to us regarding this.

We did pay cash for the first job and would have done the same for the second. Was VERY disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely horrible to communicate with after signing contract. I signed a contract and paid 50% deposit to have rail installed. We agreed on an install date and halfway through that day when no one showed up we called numerous times and finally got to talk to someone who said they were behind but would be out "first thing in the morning". The day is almost over, no one has been here and we can't get them to respond to voice mails. There are many fencing companies in the area - I would pick another one
