I am basing my $refund on the following reasons: on the estimate to actually have the rear motor mount replaced (which I submitted on 2/8/16) J & J did not have it replaced and lied to me about it I went to another another auto repair shop and paid to have my car examined and learned not only did they not change the oil as they said they did but they did not replace the rear motor mount and the actual cost to have said work done would be $including parts and labor I paid them in full $ The documentation that they sent you is fully made up I received no copy of this paperwork they submitted to you on 2/18/ I received no receipt They hustled me out the door promising me a receipt when I came back to them to "finish" the work that was "forgotten" the hood alignment and the forgotten grillBut every time I came back - MrMorgan was never there and never returned my calls or texts In fact, the one time I did stop in he was just pulling in the parking lot, saw me and quickly sped right out again.They are saying that I said that I wanted a strut replaced but in actuality they told me I need a strut replaced When I took it to Weber Auto Repair I found out that that was untrue and there was no additional damage to my car so I closed out the supplemental claim that was pending on my car to the insurance company.These people run a very shabby business and are just trying to pull a fast one I they do not comply, I plan on going to the small claims court because I have all the documentation on this and they can make up whatever lies they want to to cover their behinds but it is not going to work I continually asked them if the job was going to cost more money He said no That all of it was included in the price given I have a text message to that effect saved on my phone I specifically ask if the engine work is included in the price and he says yesHe told me my car would look like new - it doesn't But that is besides the point I paid to have the rear engine mount replaced and he lied and said he did the work and he did not Now I have to pay someone else over $to do it

Ms[redacted] was dealing with one of my mechanics with her truck and yes it was at my shop but we had othe obligations to othe customers that were there prior to her with engine replacement and these job are not a one day jobs plus I tried to explain to Ms[redacted] but she didn’t want to here what I was saying so on 3/3/at 11:Ms[redacted] decided to come kick the front door in which is on video showing what all she did, took keys to customer cars so I had to replace all the keys that were takenThe police was called out and looked at the video and ran her tag and put her ID that were on file with the person in the video and concluded to be the same person so the detective were called out and made a copy of the video and I was advised to have her truck moved I tried calling Ms[redacted] couldn’t talk to her without a nasty mouth so the car was impounded by Broard and JameAn Ms[redacted] knows all of this

Yes the Chevy blazer was towed in for no start,we were diagnosing the truck and noticed the fuel pump was not working then we contacted the customer and gave her the diagnose and then she asked what would it cost to replace the fuel and we gave her a amount so the customer came in and paid for the pumpAfter we replaced the pump we got fuel to the system and the truck now starts but will not stay running and we were trying to explain to the customer that she has other issues we also explain to the customer that we were trouble shooting her truck to see why it starts now but want continue to runWe were trying to explain to her that the truck wasn't running when it was towed in and now we got it starting and now trying to figure out the other problem that causing it to shut downThe customer don't understand that the truck was towed in for no start and we gat the truck to start and now we has the truck starting but can't figure out why it's stallingAnd to continue to put time in trying to figure out the problem it's going to cost but they understand that and we can't just take the fuel pump out because that was one of the problem plus we can return the pump after being usedWe are still trying too figure out the other problems but this is time consuming by this be a year old truckI don't feel that we should refund the customer because the pump works and she has other issuesAnd I also reduced the cost of the labor to try to help the customer Thanks Julius M***

We repaired this customer car, the she was trying to get me to do a bad claim to the insurance company to get other repairs done and I wouldn't and that's where this is coming from and I have the grille peace for the carI did the job cheaper than she had been quoted because she stated she was out of workI feel as if we did a good job on the car but I not doing anything illegal for anyone!

Mr [redacted] brought his car in for repairs he also brought his on parts for the repairsWe replace every part that he supplied us withAfter the repairs were done we inform him that his car was ready so Mr[redacted] and his father came and look the car over before taking the carto weeks later Mr[redacted] and his grand mother came in stating his hood had came up while driving, Mr[redacted] also states that he drives back in fort to Newark to school at and mph daily, he also stated the day before the hood came up on him he HAD JUST CHANGE HIS OIL!!!! My opinion is Mr [redacted] didn't close the hood good because after to weeks of driving that for at a high rate of speed if something was wrong with the hood look like something would have happened before thisI don't feel that we owes Mr [redacted] anythingWe just repaired his car on yesterday 10/8/and didn't have any problems are complaints

When owning a business it’s not a practice to give a customer a copy of a receipt of a business cost because at any part store business has a commercial account and we are given a customer cost and a business costIn business there is a mark up in the price in any business in order to make money
That’s like me going into Walmart to buy a part and I ask them to see what they paid for it! That’s a no! To this day I haven’t heard anything from this customer concerning any issues with this, also is was stated it’s under warranty so if something is wrong I don’t have any problem checking the car out

February 8, 2016The consumer contacted the Revdex.com today and stated that she would like to send someone to pick up (tow) her vehicle She was clear that she is not paying any more than she has for the repairs on her vehicle

I am rejecting this response because: There are several statements made by the business that is untrueFirstly, the reason why they towed my vehicle was because it wouldn't start, therefore, they didn't need to explain that to me.They also stated they have explained to me there were other issues, not trueFrom 1-9-until the date I submitted my complaint, all I got from J&J Services was the run aroundEveryday I called I was told the mechanic wasn't in & they didn't know when he would be inI was also told by the owner's son, that he wasn't obligated to call me and give me an update on my vehicleHe stated he was doing me a favor by calling, inspite of me telling him Me, not having my vehicle was costing my jobI feel no one seems to careI've also noticed that in the business's response, they failed to mention about my vehicle being broke into and the back window was broken while on their property .That was wasn't fixed as wellI feel I was treated poorly & yes I feel it because I'm a womanBased on the business's diagnosis, they were paid for the parts & laborI feel they are stating excuses to replace for their wrong in this matterThe vehicle being yrs old doesn't have anything to do with a real mechanic knowing specifically what the problem isThey had my vehicle for almost a monthI feel the misdiagnosis is on their part other wise my vehicle would be running, as I stated earlier, there were never any other issues stated to me by the business at allI feel I should receive a full refund of $to take it to someone who knows what they are doing as a business & how to treat their customer with dignity,respect, professionalismHowever, it is not my fault the parts couldn't be exchanged, I just thought I was going to a honest, compassionate, & trustworthy business, but instead I feel I was misreated & totally disrespectedThank you

Yes Ms.*** did bring her car in for repairs 6/12/15, the car was overheating and that engine is a interference engine, meaning if the timing belt breaks it will cause engine damageIn this case the water pump was bad and the customer kept driving and cause damageWe notified the customer of
what the diagnosis was which the engine needed replacing and also the cost of the repairs and the customer gave us the ok to do the repair and the customer came and gave a deposit in the amount of $for the engineAfter replacing the engine we contacted the customer the customer stated she didn't have the money for the balanceWe then contacted the customer a number of time concerning the balance at this point storage fees were compounding daily at $a dayOn 12/12/we finally got in touch with the customer concerning her car the customer ask how much would it cost for her to get her car I gave her the amount with the balance of the repair and storage fees in the amount of $3400, the customer then state to me that she would be there the second week of February and she also ask if I could adjust the amount and I told her I would2/18/the customer called to see if the car was ready and I told her that I had to get the car out of storage and make sure that the car was running fine after sitting for seven monthsAfter getting the car from storage notice that the right rear door glass was broken but we replaced the glass, contacted the customer by text to let her know that the car was ready to be picked up the customer then text back stating she didn't want the car anymore and ask if I wanted the car if so just give her the $back and just keep the carThe customer and I has been text back and forth and the last text concerning the car was today 3/3/and the customer stated she was coming to pick the car up 3/11/And we agreed to $to pick the car up I took all the storage fees so she can get the car because the city was on us concerning the car with expired tagsSo my understanding the customer will be picking the car upIf needing anymore information feel free to contact me.Thanks, Julius

First of all I never any work on a Chevy Aveo for Ms***, about a year ago her daughter brought her car in for repairs after being involved in a accident, her daughter stated to me that she wanted me to repair her car since I had been working on her moms cars for the last six yearsShe also
stated she didn't have much moneyThe repairs were on the driver side so I agreed to do the job for low cost because I had done work for her mom in the past, the car could have been totaled but as a friend of the family we repaired the carWhen Ms*** daughter came to pick the car up after the car was repaired the only complaint we had was the lower rocker panel but we adjusted thatAfter that they didn't want to pay for the repairs so we had to call Columbus Police to come out because they threaten to do bodily harm but by her mom being a known felon they wouldn't wait around on the cops,while we were out discussing the problem with the mom her daughter were inside stealing her keys to the carAfter they left we were looking for the keys to move the car we discover that the keys were missing so we we went and viewed the camera and notice her daughter going thru the keys and took her keys so then we call the police back out and did a report like we were told to doThe next day Ms.*** and her daughter came back by, so I ask them about the keys the daughter claim she didn't no where the keys were so we showed her mom a copy of the video and the daughter still wanted to say she went to get the keys but she didn't but the video clearly showed she took the keysAfter all of that they lost the keys and had to have the dealer to make another key in order to move the car from the shopUntil today this is my first time hearing anything about that AveoMs.*** needed brakes for her truck two months ago I let her get them as a discount on my accountBut I'm not a legit business...lol??

The only thing that's left to do is put the bottom grille in the bumper and I have the part, the hood had a ding on th corner that she wanted me to do for free, I only changed her $600 to replace the bumper,fender and paint. The job was a $1200 job but that's what I charged her for the parts and labor, the customer came in stating she was out of work and also wanted me to do a insurance fraud on contacting the insurance company to file that the strut had been damage on the front so she could get the strut that was bad on the rear and I wouldn't so that's why all of this is taking place. On her invoice it shows I changed her for three items and those items were done and completed. It wasn't any complaints when she picked the car up. Since I wouldn't do the fraud to the insurance company now there's a problem.. If needs anymore information feel free to call. Thanks Julius

Ms.[redacted] van was towed into my shop by my tow truck driver back September for steering issues. We got the van in and looked to see what was causing the problem so we contacted Ms.[redacted] to let her know what the problem was and how much the repairs was going to be and the customer stated she didn't have the money for the repairs. After a month went by we didn't here from Ms[redacted] we c gave her a call but didn't get a answer so we call her daughter to get a message to her mom that we were trying to get in touch with her. A week later the daughter call stating that her mother would be in on the following Friday at this time the van had been here over 30 day's. From the last of August to the first week of November the customer hadn't did anything to have her van repaired. Customer came in on November 3,2014 with some money to start the repairs, we wasn't repairing her van fast enough so she contacted the Revdex.com, after receiving notice of what Ms[redacted] had done I call Ms[redacted] to come pick up her van because we wasn't going to repair it, I refunded some of the money she had paid and the rest went toward the tow and storage fees. Ms[redacted] accepted the $150 for the part she had paid for...

I refunded the customer her money back in the amount of $130.00,$150.00 went toward the tow and storage fees.on 9/6/14 we towed the customer van in for steering problems, the van sat here for two months before she could come up with the money.
