This was our first scheduled generator service call under our warranty. The technician was on time, performed well and completed the service call with an explanation of what he did (no problem!!!). One minor disappointment was that I had to initiate the pre-paid warranty service appointment instead of the company calling to schedule the visit.

Reliable is a perfect description of the great services I received. I just moved into a house in which I needed to take down several fans and heavy light fixture and replace them with other heavy fixtures, some quite valuable. They arrived on time, were careful and meticulous, cleaned up after themselves. They gave upfront pricing. I am not finished with needing more work from them but will certainly give them repeat business.

Reliable did an excellent job of supplying us with a whole house generator last year and with the follow up general service last week.

Our generator showed an amber and a red light. I called Reliable power and Matt came out post haste. He was awesome, very thorough and informative, you could tell he is conscientious and wants everything done right.
I was hesitant to get a service contract on the generator, usually choosing to do my own maintenance but these guys really impressed me so will be sticking with them.
