This was our first scheduled generator service call under our warranty. The technician was on time, performed well and completed the service call with an explanation of what he did (no problem!!!). One minor disappointment was that I had to initiate the pre-paid warranty service appointment instead of the company calling to schedule the visit.

Reliable is a perfect description of the great services I received. I just moved into a house in which I needed to take down several fans and heavy light fixture and replace them with other heavy fixtures, some quite valuable. They arrived on time, were careful and meticulous, cleaned up after themselves. They gave upfront pricing.
