We have been working with this company for a couple of years and have never had any issues or concerns. Any minor concerns we've had have been resolved quickly and efficiently.

Our generator showed an amber and a red light. I called Reliable power and Matt came out post haste. He was awesome, very thorough and informative, you could tell he is conscientious and wants everything done right.
I was hesitant to get a service contract on the generator, usually choosing to do my own maintenance but these guys really impressed me so will be sticking with them.

The service was prompt and professional. Scott the electrician presented me with an exact quote for the installation of 2 GFI outlets in my kitchen. Once he started, he found that the job would require 4 GFI outlets. He completed the work and installed all 4 charging only the price given in his original estimate.

Here in Florida I find it hard to find a contractor that you can depend on ! Well here is a company that walks the talk. I called on late friday to have a service call on Monday after 10am and a call 30 minutes before arrival. Thats exality what happen. Would I call them again and tell my friends YES. A job well done

From installation quote more than three years ago, through the installation of the system and a buried propane tank, through maintenance service as recently as last week, the company and people have been outstanding. Their friendly and responsive customer service is only exceeded by their consumate professionalism in every aspect of the process. I often recommend them to others without any reservation or hesitation.

I have used this company for more than two years to service my generator which was purchased from them. Their service technician ([redacted] C ) was well trained, knew his job, and checked everything that needed to be checked. He replaced all necessary serviceable parts (plugs, filters, oil etc.). He checked all electrical connections and tested machine prior to leaving. Everything was cleaned and left in like-new condition.

We called to get a new dedicated outdoor receptacle for our new Hot Tub.
The person I spoke with said they would be able to come by either that same day or sometime the next day. My surprise - they called 20 minutes later saying they'll be over in 20 minutes! We installed an in ground 500 gallon propane tank. Every phase of the job was handled with the utmost professionalism. They kept us informed at every step of the way. Questions were answered. Clean up was terrific. No mess. There was a minor problem that was fixed the next day. The owner and staff are here to help and assist you in anyway they can.
