We received the first request for validation on 01-27-14, we requested the original documents from our client and sent them out on 02-26-We also updated the credit report as disputed at that timeOn 03-10-we received another request for validation and we resent it After receiving the last request on 06-23-we did discover that the address we had on file had changed and even though we received no mail return it was not the most current addressWe then changed the address and sent out all of the original documents to them againThis information should have been received by nowThank you I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThey have stayed they will remove the item in question from my credit report and mail me an official removal statement in the mail Sincerely, [redacted]

This account was assigned to our office on 11-08-with a principal amount of ALL money is posted to principal first and interest would only be posted to once principal is paidBelow is the payment history since the account has been assigned 11-22-- we received a money order for 01-09-- we received a money order for 03-18-we received check # [redacted] for (This was returned by the bank as a NSF) 04-02-we received check # [redacted] for 05-05-we received check # [redacted] for (This was returned by the bank as a NSF) 06-10-we received check # [redacted] in the amount of With the two NSF's not included the total payments received is The assigned balance of minus the payments made leaves us with a principal balance of I do not show receiving a cashier's check in the amount of I would be happy to send the original bill if it would be helpful to the patientI also have no problem negotiating the interest once the principal is satisfied

We first talked to Mrs [redacted] on 04-14-she advised us no more calls to workSince then we have made no further calls to that numberOur records also indicate one call was made to the number in an attempt to contact Mrs***Upon being told not to call and that it was her sister's number that number was also taken out of the systemIt looks like we have her set up on a dollar repayment planWith a desired outcome of us to stop contacting her would she still like her monthly payment reminders in the mail? Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention In review of the complaint received regarding account [redacted] , it has been found that our office mailed a statement to the consumer dated 9-26-16, in which we advised of an account [redacted] with a reference number of [redacted] in the amount of $ This notice represented a combination of accounts that were assigned to our office on the same day from Sutter Medical Foundation When the consumer called in to inquire about this debt, the representative advised the consumer that there were in fact other accounts that we still have open and therefor the total amount owing from the consumer as of 10-31-is $ These prior accounts have been previously discussed with the consumer in August in which we also sent the requested itemization of the charges This information is available to the consumer and as she has recently requested this information, we will gladly send it to her We also recognize that she has requested no further communication both by phone or mail, so this information will be in response to her dispute/request only We apologize if she has had any trouble reaching her account representative She may call the 800-481-and dial extension The referenced account 2544471-is the primary account number at this time for her file

None of Mrs [redacted] payments have been applied to interestShe has a principal balance of if she can set up a payment plan and not have any more bounced checks I will agree to waive the interestWe tried to call and set up a plan she can afford and waive her interest she just hung up on usWe would like to help her get this matter resolvedMaybe she could set up a low monthly plan that she can afford and can always pay more if she has extraShe is welcome to call myself directly at [redacted] ***I will make sure she gets taken care ofThanks I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I read the response from J&L Teamworks; however, my records show I had paid [redacted] for Covenant bill in November and December I had also sent them letters explaining to them that I could only make payments of $a month I even spoke to someone at Covenant in billing I got a letter in January from J&L Teamwork regarding my Covenant account I wrote to them the same information I gave Covenant that explained that I could only make payments I also wanted to know why did Covenant change creditors and why the creditor was wanting to charge interest on what I owed Covenant Again I spoke with Covenant and told them I could only make payments I never got a response again from Covenant, [redacted] or J&L Teamworks until now July I can't send in payments with out a bill I can't pay the full amount when I don't have the money I explained over and over about my finances in writing plus explained that my insurance premiums had gone up and that my funds were gone I don't answer harassing calls so I only except bills and writing notifications Than for helping me out Sincerely, [redacted]

As a courtesy we have requested that [redacted] remove the account from Mr***'s credit report

I am rejecting this response because: this information is no accurate I had several calls with employees at your companies I suggest you review the recorded lines where they disclosed my previous comments which are against guidelines and regulationsI ask that you provide a positive resolution for all

I am rejecting this response because: of the inaccuracies - I have never received an itemized billing for $1000+ outstanding Please continue to leave these amounts outstanding on my account I have had health insurance all this time and have not had any major illnesses so I don't know why I would owe all this money According to Sutter, I owe nothing I will not be paying for this

We apologize that you do not accept our response, however we have done our duty to provide the details of the account to you all in compliance with the FDCPA and FCRA Notifications were sent to you by our client prior to assignment and an explanation of benefits would have been sent to you by your health carrier prior to assignment After receiving the account in our office we made several attempts to contact you by phone and in addition sent the required notifications We did not disclose any details regarding the assignment with a relative as you mention, again only a message was left in November in which we did not hear back from you at that time Our office will, upon receipt of payment and the close of the account, update your report as paid in full At which time we can also send a paid in full notice to you As stated prior we do not practice credit bartering which is removing a reported credit line in exchange for payment

We have reviewed the additional information provided Please note that our client has confirmed the amounts owing that were applied after insurance payments and adjustments were considered It can be confusing to consumers that their website only reflects amounts that are considered active AR When balances are transferred to Bad Debt they no longer are displayed on their website, however the balances are still due We will mark the consumer account as a refusal to pay per the statement that was made within the complaint as well as supply the itemization in which the consumer advises she has not received

I am rejecting this response because: I can not understand how a company can continue to charge interest on my balance due, and continue to charge interest as payments are made. The interest I was charged was paid in full with the difference sorry toward principal. Therefore no further interest should be charged! Their letter is a standard letter. I made no agreement, as a senior on a fixed income my payments cannot always be the same. Any and all payments made from this date forward are interest charge since the interest paid in full was on the WHOLE AMOUNT of $2,327.10 making balance due $1,099.94 NOT $1300.00. Because my payments will differ, I do not know what nor when the last due amount will conclude. PS There was never stated that a cashier's check in the amount of $1,208.32 was ever issued

We have reviewed the information provided. The bankruptcy information for case 10-shows that it was filed on 4-28-2010. Debts incurred after bankruptcy filing date are not discharged unless there is a motion filed to specifically include the debt in the bankruptcy, post filing date. Because the bankruptcy was filed in and the debt was incurred in this would not be included in the discharge. If you have additional documentation to show that this debt was included in your filing/discharge, please present it so we can update your consumer report as discharged to bankruptcy
