J & L Teamworks

Review: J & L Teamworks handles the long term payments for Sutter(NorthBay) Health and my account was turned over to them for payment processing.

As I have more and more medical bills; they have added each bill to a new account number, but they then add the balance to each account so I have no idea when I have paid off any invoice.

I have asked them for an accounting of the payments that I have made to them and they say that I am not "Entitled" to the information as they are a "Collection" company and so they don't need to provide it.

How am I supposed to know how much I really owe them??

I have no idea of what they are adding to the bill as far as interest, late payments, penalties, etc.

I have spoken with several managers there and they all seem to have the same attitude that I do not have a right to a DETAILED account summary.

I have spoken with Sutter/NorthBay and they say that they sub-contract to J&L and thus cannot do anything to help me.

Sometimes I receive 6 Different invoices in the mail ON THE SAME DAY with Different Account Numbers, but ALL FOR THE SAME AMOUNT! What kind of Bookkeeping system is this??Desired Settlement: I want a DETAILED ACCOUNTING of MY BILL.

From the first bill that they received until current.
