Do I have to do anything? It is saying order placed wont be processed until credit card payment has been received? It broke me out so I dont have a use for the vitamins was trying to do an exchange?    Revdex.com:

apologize if the wording was confusing to the customer and have passed this information on to upper management. However, this portion of the website does state to get your order renewed monthly with 15% off of all future orders. This is the only way a customer can be signed up for monthly subscriptions at this time. Customer service representatives do not have access or permission to set customers up for monthly subscriptions. The customer then placed another order on 12/23/15. This order was shipped out as normal. Since the customer had previously signed up for a monthly subscription on her original order another order was processed on 12/26/15. In the event the customer would have contacted customer service that day or before the order had been shipped a refund would have been issued immediately. If  the customer would like a refund the package must be returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. We have notated the customers account with this information. When the package is returned she will be issued a refund.We apologize that you were not contacted by upper management in a timely manner. However, our assistant manager was available at this time and did speak with the customer. The customer was advised my the assistant manager to return the unwanted product and a refund would be issued. This customers monthly subscription has been cancelled.  Thanks  [redacted]

 I was informed by the United States Postal Service that Brock Beauty has put a stop on my package and had it return to them.  I am tired of dealing with this company it is always something new. They asked me to return the damage merchandise which had a broken label and black material around the top of the bottle. I was told that they would sent me out a replacement now  Brock Beauty is having the item returned back to them. I have been through a lot with this company it not right that I have wait additional days for my product then to have the item returned to them is a inconvenience.

[I asked for an exchange. Not a refund. If the company sold out of the product at the time that I purchased it, they should have indicated that on their website or alert me to the fact with a promise of shipping out the product to me as soon as it was available. Rather than sending me a different, cheaper than paid price, product. Then putting me through the unnecessary hassle of going through such measures as this to resolve an issue that was and has been entirely their error. I hate that I am going through all these troubles and not get what I really wanted. If the product is available, I would like it shipped to me and they can keep their refund. (I will also contact the post office again today to see if I can get a solid confirmation of delivery on the product that I sent back.) If the lash serum is not available, I will accept the full refund but only if I see the credit reflected in my account. Thank you for your swift resolve on the matter.

In order to receive a refund she would have had to return the product to our warehouse by February 30, 2016.
