We have been in communication with [redacted] , or times since receiving thisArrangements were made to have a contractor at the residence March 11th to take care of most of the issuesAnd, a follow up plan is in affectWe should be able to resolve all issues in a timely manner

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Hello, I have tried emailing/calling J&M homes multiple times since their last response on the Revdex.com complaint and now they will not talk to me at allI have tried contacting John T [redacted] & Jeff E [redacted] , the people who are supposed to be working with me to finish repairs and neither will respond, let alone fix anythingI also want to note that I missed one piece of communication from them earlier in this complaintThey said I never ordered a home with a dormerI can prove that I didThis was one of the BIG issues for me because I wanted it to look like a real house, rather than home on wheelsI have photos of the model I purchased, I have tons of emails talking about the backsplash, the dormer and the repairs that had been neededI Have been in my home over a year now and im giving upI don't believe the work will be done, they wont even respond to my/my daughters messagesI want to reopen my complaintIf I don't hear back from them soon, I will start seeking the assistance of an attorneyIm an elderly woman with medical issues and there just has to be someone out there to help meSincerely, [redacted]

The home does have the backsplashes that customer ordered,per the factory invoice I am looking at, if it does not, it will be put in, she did not order a dormer [redacted] started out working with our Woodland, Wa sales center wanting a Marlette "special" home, she then went to our Oregon City location, found a Golden West Home that does not come standard with a dormer, went back to the Woodland Wa store, and concluded her purchase of a GoldenWest homeIn [redacted] 's complaint, it references we offered some alternative items to a dormer out of goodnes as it would be a major undertaking to try to put a dormer on now, and had not got an agreement between usOur Woodland Washington manager is making attempts to talk to [redacted] about an acceptable resolution, or I may be reached, John T [redacted] ***We will respond again soon when customer satisfaction is acheived

We have already made an agreement with [redacted] and [redacted] to release each other from any contractual obligationsWe can provide a copy of the Listing Termination AgreementIt also states that it satisfies their Revdex.com complaintThere were attempts to sell their homeApprovals from the manufactured home community could not be obtainedNo contracts or agreements can ever be altered unless agreed to by both parties

J and M Homes did offer to purchase the home back from Mr and Mrs ***We believe the complaint to be satisfiedIn an e mail and subsequent phone conversation with Mrs [redacted] J and M Homes offered to sit down to discuss our business practices and to help ensure we are always getting betterWe were sad to hear that there was any dissatisfactionWe had done an excellent job in submitting their offer to the the sellers at a price $less than was being asked,(and $60,less than the price of a new home) we had the offer accepted, and had allowed for them to have a home inspection done if they choseThe subcontractors that the ***s were referred to made some concession on the freight or set up costsThe value the ***s will have in their home, even after some repair expense should be very recognizable

Please post the following response to this complaint, we sent a contractor to check the home we sold *** *** 9/(days of receiving the complaint, which was on a Friday, it was determined that there was no issue with the home or any of the work any of the contractors did on this
projectThe park the customer has their home in has had an issue arise from their sewer system

We have now talked with Mr ***, we have a window of opportunity to address his issues, between 3/and 3/30, and are taking steps to get issues resolved within this time frame

J & M Homes, CMH Manufacturing, and private contractor are all working together to set appointment to take care of ***'s home, paying reimbursement for an item she purchased that had not been provided as it should have been, or settling on one unresolved issue (outdoor light)Our intention is
to have *** satisfied very soon

Complaint: ***Subject: List of repairs for J&M homes per our conversation.Jeff,The following list contains items still needing completed: under cabinet lighting countertops bubbling tile edging on bathroom counters front door installation incomplete edging pieces on external marriage lines trim work around master bedroom window paint on galvanized tin ( front eve ) showerhead master bathroom trim on bathroom mirror x blinds in master bathroom need replaced (not functional) caulking in laundry room window large separation on marriage line in master bedroom grout falling out of tiles in master showerYour contractor can come any time just leave a message on below number 24hrs in advance.Thank you for your attention in this matter,

The service issues have mostly been completedThe couple remaining items are to be taken care of within the next weekJ and M Homes service department will be in constant communication with Mr *** until he is satisfied

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: There was not any disclosure about the condition of the pipes in the home They did noting but lie to us We spent dollars more than we should have had to because of the nondisclosure I feel like we should be refunded for the extra money that we spent because of advertisement Also the same day we looked at this home I asked to see several others and was turned down on the opportunityy to view other homes The next issue whoever moved he home to the place where we looked at it did not block it and it breached causing more damage This company should be made to pay for their sales tactics Also why would I let them buy it back when all they would give us is what we paid for the home and leaving us still out of pocket for all the extra money that we put into the home.Sincerely,*** ***

We have contacted [redacted].  We have contacted contractors that should be in touch with him within the next 24-48 hours.  We anticipate that all issues stated in his complaint should be corrected/resolved within the next couple of weeks.

I am rejecting this response becauseIm going to continue to reject responses until J&M Homes follows through with their promises.Again my home number is [redacted]March 23rd - 30th  are open as of now please let me know if you would like any of those dates to make repairs.Leave a message on [redacted] or [redacted] or Revdex.com if any of those dates will work for you.

We have mad several attempts to get in touch with the [redacted], e mails to [redacted]@yahoo.com and [redacted]@hotmai.com, as well as calls to [redacted] and [redacted], without a response.....Please contact Jeff at the Woodland Sales Center 360 225 4500 to resolve. Jeff has been in contact...

with contractor Rick and is ready to take action..

J and M Homes and the home manufacture service contractors are at the home today to further take care of any issues. We will be following on this on a daily basis until Mr [redacted] is satisfied.
