rejecting this response because: They do not keep us informed at all, they call and say we will be out tomorrow to fix something and give no notice sometimes they show up. then they fix a couple things and say we have to come back later to do more then we hear nothing. This is how it has been through our whole process of buying our manufactured home.Sincerely,[redacted]

The tile for the backsplash has been received at the factory and arrangements will be made to install it next week, the settlement agreement on the dormer was sent to [redacted] although she has not cashed the check, there were a couple of other issues that have come up with the home since the original complaint, these items will also be addressed next week with our contractor and [redacted], John T[redacted] has never received a call from [redacted], John T[redacted] will be calling [redacted] today.

Mr. and Mrs [redacted] have now completed the paperwork for the modification on the loan, this was done 8/22/16, there new home is in the process of being built and should be completed within the next 10 days and ready to ship to their site. This should satisfy any questions they may have had regarding...

the status of those two items. As far as the concrete, this is not a J and M Homes issue, it would be an issue between them and their contractor that is handling the site improvements, and as far as I have ever known, no damage could come from not having a home sited on it.

Hello, I have tried emailing/calling J&M homes multiple times since their last response on the Revdex.com complaint and now they will not talk to me at all. I have tried contacting John T[redacted] & Jeff E[redacted], the 2 people who are supposed to be working with me to finish repairs and neither will respond, let alone fix anything. I also want to note that I missed one piece of communication from them earlier in this complaint. They said I never ordered a home with a dormer. I can prove that I did. This was one of the BIG issues for me because I wanted it to look like a real house, rather than home on wheels. I have photos of the model I purchased, I have tons of emails talking about the backsplash, the dormer and the repairs that had been needed. I Have been in my home over a year now and im giving up. I don't believe the work will be done, they wont even respond to my/my daughters messages. I want to reopen my complaint. If I don't hear back from them soon, I will start seeking the assistance of an attorney. Im an elderly woman with medical issues and there just has to be someone out there to help me. Sincerely,[redacted]

Mr [redacted] has had contractors working n his home and should be near completion and satisfaction, this was already in process prior to complaint, will follow today and update status, thank you

The home does have the backsplashes that customer ordered,per the factory invoice I am looking at, if it does not, it will be put in, she did not order a dormer. [redacted] started out working with our Woodland, Wa sales center wanting a Marlette "special" home, she then went to our Oregon City...

location, found a Golden West Home that does not come standard with a dormer, went back to the Woodland Wa store, and concluded her purchase of a GoldenWest home. In [redacted]'s complaint, it references we offered some alternative items to a dormer out of goodnes as it would be a major undertaking to try to put a dormer on now, and had not got an agreement between us. Our Woodland Washington manager is making attempts to talk to [redacted] about an acceptable resolution, or I may be reached, John T[redacted]. We will respond again soon when customer satisfaction is acheived.

We have been in communication with [redacted], 3 or 4 times since receiving this. Arrangements were made to have a contractor at the residence March 11th to take care of most of the issues. And, a follow up plan is in affect. We should be able to resolve all issues in a timely manner.

J and M Homes did offer to purchase the home back from Mr and Mrs [redacted]. We believe the complaint to be satisfied. In an e mail and subsequent phone conversation with Mrs [redacted] J and M Homes offered to sit down to discuss our business practices and to help ensure we are always getting better. We...

were sad to hear that there was any dissatisfaction. We had done an excellent job in submitting their offer to the the sellers at a price $5900 less than was being asked,(and $60,000 less than the price of a new home) we had the offer accepted, and had allowed for them to have a home inspection done if they chose. The subcontractors that the [redacted]s were referred to made some concession on the freight or set up costs. The value the [redacted]s will have in their home, even after some repair expense should be very recognizable.

We have already made an agreement with [redacted] and [redacted] to release each other from any contractual obligations. We can provide a copy of the Listing Termination Agreement. manufactured home community could not be obtained. No contracts or agreements can ever be altered unless agreed to by both parties.
