To [redacted] :Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: [redacted] .Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriouslyBefore customers commit to our day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records,customer ordered our Skin Cream on a day trial basis back on 02/20/and paid the shipping and handling fee of $4.95.The trial expired on 03/06/and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged $for the original shipment on 03/06/2017.Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effectThe following month on 04/06/the customer was charged $ for new shipment of Skin CreamThe following month on 05/06/the customer was again charged $ for new shipment of Skin Cream.Again The following month on 05/06/the customer was charged once more, $ for new shipment of Skin Cream.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 06/06/and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did .Customer also requested a refund our Customer Service offered the customer a courtesy refund of $44.87and a complimentary bottle ,which the customer accepted.However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the following refunds,the remaining $for the Skin Cream charged on 06/06/2017,$for the Skin Cream charged on 05/06/2017,$for the Skin Cream charged on 04/06/2017,and $for the Skin Cream charged on 03/06/ for any misunderstanding when placing the orderHere are the refund confirmations:$Trans ID: [redacted] dated 06/26/ $Trans ID: [redacted] dated 06/26/$Trans ID: [redacted] dated 06/26/$Trans ID: [redacted] dated 06/26/Refunds should reflect on customer’s account within to business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Hello, thank you so much for your response Equally, thank you for the refunds you gave, and for the phone call The person we spoke to (Amir) was exceedingly kind, and we truly appreciate that It is the first time it's happened since this ordeal began Unfortunately, what the business proposes, that we signed up for their product in March, is patently false We never, EVER purchased another negative-option makeup product after the first one we (unwittingly) signed up for the previous December We were already inundated with an overload of product from this first negative-option company, the thought of requesting more is absurd Our *** *** *** proves this to be true There is no email to verify it (not that there was with the first, either) As we suspected, this company is obviously tied in to the first company They signed us up, and starting charging us, completely without consent If the initial negative-option scam is nebulous, then this surely constitutes outright fraud While we're happy to get charges back, there are total from the two companies this company claims to represent- the total is $1, This is not even including all the other charges, which as I've mentioned, are of course tied in to this company as well However, if this company is truly acting on its own, then they must have gotten our personal information illegally from the first But again, this is highly unlikely These (company) names are fungible, and essentially worthless We are looking for a full refund We will proceed forward through all agencies until this happens

affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records,customer ordered our Skin Cream and Eye Serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 04/13/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.95.The trial expired on 04/27/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 04/27/2017 $89.75 for the Skin Care and $84.75 for the Eye Cream. Customer contacted our Customer Service on 04/27/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did.We also issued the customer a courtesy refund, $24.00 for the Skin Care and $22.38 for the Eye Cream.
