I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have read the message.  They have NOT returned the $72.04 & $89.75 as they have stated.  They refunded $111.36.  This does not equal the two amounts they withdrew from my account.  They owe me $50.43 or some products.  I have received NO products.

affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records,customer ordered our Skin Cream on a 14 day trial basis back on 02/20/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fee of $4.95.The trial expired on 03/06/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged $89.75 for the original shipment on 03/06/2017.Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month on 04/06/2017 the customer was charged $89.75  for new shipment of Skin Cream. The following month on 05/06/2017 the customer was again charged $89.75  for new shipment of Skin Cream.Again The following month on 05/06/2017 the customer was charged once more, $89.75  for new shipment of Skin Cream.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 06/06/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did .Customer also requested a refund our Customer Service offered the customer a courtesy refund of $44.87and a complimentary bottle ,which the customer accepted.However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the following refunds,the remaining $44.88 for the Skin Cream charged on 06/06/2017,$89.75 for the Skin Cream charged on 05/06/2017,$89.75 for the Skin Cream charged on 04/06/2017,and $89.75 for the Skin Cream charged on 03/06/2017  for any misunderstanding when placing the order. Here are the refund confirmations:$44.88 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 06/26/2017.      $89.75 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 06/26/2017. $89.75 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 06/26/2017. $89.75 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 06/26/2017. Refunds should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 7 business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

The customer has already disputed the $72.04 charge with their bank and has been issued a refund. We have refunded the entire $89.75 charge. Please look for a credit within 3-5 business days. Kind Regards, Jaanu Skin Care Support Team

Further, the "ongoing" product was totally different than the initial "trial order".  These organizations are sleazy and underhanded.  I have no respect for them. Great job !!!  Regards,

This is in regards to the customer's follow up complaint. We have refunded the charges she is speaking of. Here are the detailed notes:The $89.75 refund was broken into 3 refunds:3/14/17 - $26.923/17/17 - $17.963/19/17 - $44.87The $72.04 had a partial refund of $21.61 on 3/15/17. The customer then disputed with the bank and received the remaining funds back.We have done everything that the customer has asked. The refunds were issued back to card ending in [redacted].

We have reviewed the complaint and attempted to call the customer a few times to apologize for the treatment on the phone by the reps. We have taken this into account and will manage this more effectively. We appreciate the feedback. [redacted]Jaanu Skin Care Support Team

Anything less than 100% refund is unacceptable to me. This company is taking advantage of consumers, not making it clear that one will be charged after 14 days. This is a scam for which they should be ashamed. I'm not even sure I dislike the product and probably would've continued ordering it if they hadn't forced me to.
