I went into Jack in the Box in Spokane WA on 3rd street downtown and recieved disgusting serviceI was there on 10/12/at 8:pmA employee and manager were extremeley rude to meI waited in line for minutes for food at the drive thru and asked to be compensated for my waitThe employee( a woman with tattoos, brown hair and bandages on her arms) and manager decided to argue with me for another minutes about how the wait was not thier fault and how I am making demandsThe manager then proceeded to slam the drive thru window in my face without giving me my order that I had waited for minutes forI will be calling corporateThe managers name, I was told is [redacted]

I am a man, age and have eaten Jack in the Box for many years Most of the time I purchase coffee with breakfast However, there are times when I have my own coffee in an insulated cup that I bring with me This has never been a problem until today The woman who served me (she identified herself as Randy) told me that I could not have my own cup in the restaurant When I told her that I had brought my cup of coffee with me many times before, she told me that she would never have allowed it I then told her just to give me my breakfast order to go At this point I was not pleased with her but I did not shout She rudely and abruptly refused to serve me at all A nearby customer said, "that woman is crazy" I will no longer be a customer of Jack in the Box until she has been reprimanded The location is 12thAveN.E., Norman, Ok
