Nothing special about this Jack In The Box, but this review is for the customer service It's the worst!!! I drive up to get my food and the lady is by the window just chit chatting away, no biggie She opens the window takes my card, gives it back and then practically throws my food in my car and closes the window and continues chatting I waved to get her attention and she opens the window with an attitude as if I am inconveniencing her! and says "May I help you???" and I was like "i have no ketchup or secret sauce" she rolls her eyes and goes and gets some condiments puts them in a bag and hands them to me Ge home and I have ketchups for my large french fries order and secret sauce for our tacos Lady if you dont like your job, quit! Or if you want to spend time chatting away then do it on your own time I will not be backEVER

The tacos served in no way resemble the tacos advertised

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI initially asked if it can be refunded minus the amount of classes I have attended, since I do not have the time right now, because of personal family mattersI asked her about switching to the board and train, because the receptionist was not sure if that was something that could be done, and I wanted to see all my optionsThe collar is never on her when it is not in use, and she still gets large cyst like bumps on her neckShe is not wetThe collar is being moved when it has been in use as to not irritate the same place twiceI never asked about Day Train, it was Board and TrainI asked if I could upgrade to that and pay the difference, and she said that wasn't something I could do, that I would have to pay the full amount for the additional type of trainingAs for getting in contact with me, I let her know a number to reach me at at this time because I do not have any available form of communication right now except email Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I would like to know what steps Jack in the Box is taking to resolved the discrepancy of the coupon presented The fact that the coupon was not accept present a advertisement case and I am currently seeking litigation on the matter, as I have ran into the same problem at a Jack in the Box located in the city of [redacted] *** I would also like to receive feedback with regards to the way my wife and I were treated by the [redacted] Jack in the Box management (specifically by [redacted] and [redacted] ) I do not accept the $gift card as a means to shut me up with regards to the advertisement and I shall fight this matter at all cost and time! I spoke with [redacted] today, with Jack in the Box guest relations in regards to my dispute and I have spoken my heart, passion, desire, and frustrations about this discrepancy of Jack in the Box I feel that Jack in the Box is sitting on this matter, without taking the necessary steps to correct their advertising If Jack in the Box feels as though this matter is closed, I have yet begun to fight and I am going to make as much noise as possible with regards to this dispute I am current seeking legal representation and I will be contacting the media as well I have already contacted the district attorney's office of California with regards to this dispute, and I will be seeking as much help as I can mustard Regards, [redacted] ***

I returned [redacted] call twice; but he never called me backJIB has no intention of refunding my money JIB has horrible food and horrible service I will never go there again and have told numerous people to avoid JIB You might as well flush $$$ down the toilet if you even consider eating at JIB I am sure they received my receipt and are lying about it now I will be contacting the Attorney General for the St of KS since the Revdex.com is not helping at all You are just relaying messages This has been a waste of time to contact the Revdex.com How can you allow a company like JIB to lie about receiving my receipt I requested to speak to and be contacted by a top level manager; but JIB refuses to do so A customer service person has no desire or authority to fix this situation!!!!! JIB has been rude on the phone, especially [redacted] [redacted]
