We have a VERY competent and highly skilled detail department that processes tens of thousands of detail services annually without issueWe are not perfect though, and situations can arise, and when they do we do our best to correct the mistake and make things right by the customerIn this case, the offer for the additional Jacksons gift card, and the redo of any concern areas on the ** is still a very fair resolution
