The experience I had at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge at [redacted] was by far the worst experience I have ever had in my lifeI never have been lied to more than at this dealerIt all started when I was quoted a price for the JeepWhen I went to financing to fill out the paperwork they rushed through everything and didn’t explain anythingThey only showed me the monthly paymentI should have read more closely and I missed the added hidden things they worked into the contractThis was my fault in trusting the dealershipAfter reviewing the paperwork that evening, I noticed I was overcharged almost $When I asked them about it they magically lost the sheet that had the original quote on it and refused to help meThis was the first lie The second problem was that I traded in a Ford FocusThey offered me $for the vehicleThey told me that was the Kelly Blue Book valueWhen I brought it to them that the Kelly Blue Boo

came in for the cylinder head problem they have a warranty about it and got lied and randomly quoted different partssaid these parts are note related to the cylinder headthese are valve lifters and rocker armsand several valve cover gaskets here are the story: have a Chrysler town and country and brought it there for several recalls and the left cylinder head problemservice replaced the window switch recall but installed the wrong switchnever even inspected the car and did not know about the checks engine light and gave me a random estimateI am a master of science in automobile engineering from Germany and have my own shop hereI told them about the smoking exhaust and ticking noise from left cylinder head and theres a warranty letter from Chrysler about thatafter diagnostic service said its not the left cylinder head but quoted me for left and right cylinder head parts like rockers and lifters several gasketseven a timing cover gasket that dont nee

I purchased a vehicle in 05/from this dealership and traded the same vehicle in to another dealership in 2/due to my displeasure in the quality of the vehicle Since May of 2015, I have been contacted by this dealership over 30x including 5x on 10/11/asking if I would be interested in purchasing another vehicle In addition to placing requests with the [redacted] to assist and repeatedly asking the callers from the dealership to have my name removed and been told I would not receive any additional calls, the harassment continues I no longer reside in ** where the dealership is located but moved to ** in 10/ please assist, thank you

On November 20th, I purchased a vehicle from the dealershipWe had done a deal for an out the door price that was agreed upon by both partiesWhen I was in with financing I explained that I wanted to use my bank for the loanI was told that would not be a problem as they deal with them but required me to sign a form declining the bank they normally useNo problemI was also somewhat coerced into signing up for warranties I had no idea were a cost of thousands of dollars until the very endTwo weeks later I was sent an email by another member of the finance team stating that they sent my paperwork to a third bank I did not approve and I needed to sign a form and send it backThe form was a membership application with the bank that was a picture taken with his phoneI called him and said something was wrong and he told me that my bank and the one I declined by signing the form had declined my loanThis man told me that he needed to check with the person who did my paperwork

I purchased a vehicle in November 2016,during the negotiation I was walking away from the deal due to payments being too high.the sales manager then convinced me of buying the vehicle and promise me that he was going to put oil changes linked to my new car vin number.when signing paperwork I asked where was the oil changes and he told me that was electronically linked to the vin and not to worry about itDuring my first service visit the promise made to me on car buying day didn't come true and the dealer ship told me I should of got it in writing

I brought my Chrysler Town and Country minivan in for a safety recall on the key FOBMy van has never had any electrical issues until the service dept at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram worked on the safety recallSince then my headlights go off intermittently my entertainment system does not work and other electrical issues have occurred I brought it back and the service dept said they'd fix the issue but I had to makeep an appointment I made an appointment and when I brought it in they told me the TIPM was bad and it would cost $plus tax to fixI told them that they caused the problem when they did the recall workThe dealership told me they could give me a military discount but I would still have to payI called Chrysler motors and they tried to reach the dealership but they maanger would not take their callI have personally call time to take to the General Manager and left voice mails about a week ago and no return calls as of 08/12/I then recieve

I made an appointment with Jacksonville Dodger Jeep to bring in my work truck On October at 10:am due to an airbag recall received by mailI was told by the dealership it will take only from to hours max to take care of my airbagWhen I arrived I was forced to sign a waiver releasing the dealership of any responsibility if the damage my dashboard otherwise they will not service the recalll on my truckAl Parker later told me that my truck will be done at the latest by 5:pm on October tbe The job they promised within to hours by 5:pm was not even started The next day on October th by 1:they told me they haven't started working on my truck yet due to other cars jobs they were working on prior to mineThey made me loose a work day worth since by the next day on October my car was not even started at 1:pmI requested the service manager to give me a call back and he never did

The company is so sales centric that they are spinning lies and adding charges during the car buying process without ever communicating those chargesWe were led to believe we were being gifted with over dollars in chargesUpon review and follow up with the company all the sales and finance representatives and managers are not returning our calls so the issue can be resolvedThis company is hiding behind the no florida cool off period to take advantage of Floridians

In December, I contacted the dealership to repair my vehicle because it was not starting I had to have it towed in and the dealership kept it for three weeks I was told each week that they were not having the same issue of it not starting However, they did make suggested repairs that totaled almost $2,000, which included a tune up I agreed to the tune up which cost over $ My mom and I came to pick it up on the evening of Tuesday, December After leaving the dealership, my mother and I drove to Walmart with no problems However, after the next stop at *** ***, the car did not start again I called the dealership, but they were closed *** *** was closing but one of the employees offered to try to give us a jump It was unsuccessful It was pm and we were stranded with a broken down car The following day, I called the dealership and was told once again to use their wrecker service to have it delivered to the dealership and they would take another look I

My car was taken to Jacksonville CJD on 7/5/for an insurance claim repair The dealership called me on 8/4/and said that my vehicle was ready for pick-up While inspecting my vehicle, I noticed that the dealership did not fulfill their obligations in repairing my car Furthermore, they caused additional damage to the interior of my car They broke the plastic interior molding around the trunk

I have spoken to several representatives from this dealership in regards to removing me from their call lists, as I don’t live in Jacksonville, and have not for almost yearsTheir calls are unwanted and are harassment at this point

I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara and it was sold as a "Certified Used Car" The sales person promised they would provide a second key, but when I asked about it, apparently you have to show up right at 8:on Tuesdays, and only for minutes to get the key I've confirmed their service department has the ability to program a key at any time, but for whatever reason, the sales department doesn't want to acknowledge this To only offer this service for minutes once a week is pretty stupid when the service department can do it at any time

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 12/27/and had previously obtained a loan from *** *** *** *** with desired termsThe dealership pulled my credit report even after repeatedly telling them I had already obtained a desired loan and claimed it was to determine if I was a “terrorist”They then proceeded to tell me they could access the original *** First loan and that I did not need to leave the dealership to obtain my loan documents from the bankThe finance manager (named Kendall) then proceeded to attempt to sell me products I did not want and drive my loan cost and monthly payments up all while continuing go lead me to believe that they were working with my original approved loan from *** FirstI consider this this be deceptive business practice and I would like to have the issue resolved ASAP

There is a check to be made out to me on a trade that has been delayed over and over with no explanation

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude, I specificly said 4xwhen I looked at sticker in car I noticed it said 4xI tried to return, they said its yours nowand that's the end of it
