longer employ our crews or our trucks.  The warehouses have been closed down.  The refrigerator that was turned in is no longer available it was completely destroyed per the contract with the utility.  The receiver for the company has shut down all business transactions until the court says otherwise.  Customers who are waiting for their incentives will get the incentive it will just take some time.

complaint was filed on 8/20/2015.  I RECEIVED THEIR CHECK ON 8/25/2015 AND CASHED IT THE SAME DATE 8/25/2015!  The check was back dated to 7/27/2015 but the post mark shows it was not mailed to me until 8/18/2015.  The company contracts with [redacted] and on [redacted] website it states you will receive your check for recycling your refrigerator within 4-6 weeks.  It took 8 weeks and 1 day for me to receive my check.  Furthermore, they called my home after my complaint was filed and informed me that another check had been mail out.  To this date the 2nd check has never been received.  If the 2nd check is ever received we will return it to them as promised as we are HONEST people.  In closing I will state that I asked that this matter be resolved by Jaco sending my check by overnight mail.  My check has been received from Jaco, therefore, I consider this matter satisfied but would suggest someone look into their dishonesty and inability to provide a refund check within the 4-6 week time period they promise.Sincerely,[redacted]

Customer had a pickup from her rental property.  The customer service rep did not put any notes in the order to indicate that the customer had to be called.  Driver called customer as soon as he arrived to the property but didn't wait the five minutes that the customer asked him to...

wait.  Customer called on several occasions to speak to a manager but the messages were not delivered to any of the managers.  After no response from us the customer gave up and had the retailer take the unit that she wanted collected.  We will send the customer her $50 incentive just for the hassle that she experienced with us.  This has been agreed to by the customer.  To this point this complaint is settled.

If JACO knew on Nov 18th of a receivership, , why did they not contact those parties awaiting pickups informing them of the cancellation.
When completing the form for the recycling program, Im certain I was asked to provide an email and phone #. What is the need for this information if you aren't going to use it. We waited all day on the 21st to assure we'd be home. If you were a client of mine in my business and did not respond, you would no longer be a client after that day.
