I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve  The issue is that rent has never been paid late. Nor has there been a letter to vacate sent. Those charges are fraudulent.  Letters to vacate are not listed on the lease. I'd like proof that those letters were mailed; furthemore notices like that should be sent certified mail.

Please note that the lease agreement requires for all communication to be in writing.
We have no record of an agreement to replace mirrors, and they are not scheduled to be replaced.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].This is the 4th time I have received an unjust letter from ManageRentHouses.  !st was a violation about a trash can that the previous tenants left outside.2nd Violation was a camera somewhere on the front porch, that was placed and left by previous tenants.  3rd Violation was yet another camera that was placed above garage door and left by previous tenants.  Now, a Letter kicking me out. I do not accept an apology at this point.  This company continuosly fails. An apology is only for the people giving it.  Ive been unnecessarily harassed or stressed out by a company that has no clue on running a reputable business.  ManageRentHouses has the worst reputation and reviews.

I am the attorney for Managerenthouses.com, Inc. ("MRH").  My client has asked me to respond to the February 7, 2017 complaint files with the Revdex.com by [redacted]The notices of complaints sent to Ms. [redacted] concerning alleged homeowner association violations are simply reiterations of...

notices sent to the management company or the property's owner by the [redacted] governing the rules and regulations of the neighborhood in which Ms. [redacted]'s rent house is located.  While it is not the intention to harass this tenant, it is incumbent on MRH to advise any tenant of issues being raised by the [redacted].There was a notice of the intention of the management company to terminate Ms. [redacted]'s occupancy rights at the property.  The sending of this notice was an error on the part of MRH and was the result of an error in the input of information in MRH's computer system.  This notice should be disregarded by Ms. [redacted].  MRH sincerely apologizes to Ms. [redacted] for any confusion or stress this erroneous notice has caused.Best regards,[redacted]Attorney at Law

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  If this were the case in question; due to the recent heat, would this proposal to hire an on call technician for these emergencies? My family and others are at risk of heat exposure this could be Lethal. I'm sure if my rent was due this matter would be addressed right away with high intents to collect... My family safety and well being is my number one priority. To have your 17 months old daughter come to you and say "hot hot" is not a feeling any parents would want to feel. And not being able to do something about it.

- property management company agrees to a clean break of the lease with no financial penalties to tenant
- property management company will return the deposit to the tenant by July 15, 2015
