I am fully aware of the amount of time it takes as it has been weeksPlease do not patronize me as if I'm being impatient and I'm upset about the duration of the processMy issue is that your employees have been ignoring my calls and voicemails as well as my claim adjuster's phone calls and emailsI even called you today Mr*** and rather than respond to my phone call, you respond to this complaint I made as if I'm being unreasonable about the customer service being shown by your employeesAnd I was informed by *** today that you all were under the impression that I was expecting a cash refund which is not the caseI need the documentation of how much is being refunded to send to my claims adjusterWhich he said he can provide me with todayI truly hope that is the case because would you want to pay for a vehicle you can't drive anymore? Of course you were satisfiedBut I'll accept your response this time because I finally got the information I needed (mind you, only after I filed this complaint) and my claim can finally be submittedI, however, still stand by my comments about no longer doing business with your establishmentThank you, and have a wonderful day

Jake Sweeney Mazda is in the process of replacing the ipod nano.

1.  I have only received one message from Mazda on 1/5/15. It is still on my voicemail. I did return his call the following week but was not contacted after that point. 2.  The Internet price represents a deceptive practice as the segment of the population that could actually qualify for all of the rebates is small and excludes the vast majority of potential buyers. 3. I would consider the matter resolved if Mazda immediately and permanently discontinued the misleading advertising.

Unfortunately [redacted] was off a few days following the birth of his daughter so communication was dropped which we apologize for.
We will be in touch with the client today to arrange an appointment with our Body Shop to resolve this matter.

Mr. [redacted],With all due respect, your internet advertising is indeed deceptive.  The sales price listed is the "Internet Price".  The advertising states that the rebates are included.  However, one only later finds out that in order to get to the sales price one must...-be an employee of Chase bank...AND...-be an employee of USAA...AND-be a current Honda owner...AND...-be a current Mazda owner...AND...-be current or recently discharged active duty military...AND...-and have a trade in bonus....(which cannot be combined with other rebates)As the segment of the population that actually qualifies for all of the rebates to get the the "Internet Price" is exceedingly small or nonexistent, the "Internet Price" is at the very least misleading.
