reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me. Yes I now have a license plate and they have finally paid off my old loan. However, I still have never heard back from the president that I e-mailed and left a voice mail with, nor did I receive any complimentary services for my headache with these issues. I will never return to this dealership or refer anyone I know there. This has been resolved because I have spent MY time making phone calls and resolving it myself. The company did nothing extra to take care of me, the consumer!

In conditionally accepting the business' response, I must stated that since the date of my receipt of its promise to replace my merchandise; I have called the business four (4) times seeking information. As of this date I not received any information regarding a time specific date it will honor its promise. I believe it would be reasonable for the business to communicate with me regarding its efforts as well as providing a date certain for delivery of my merchandise. I trust the business will follow though on its promise in a timely fashion, if not then I reserve my right to reopen my complaint.

Per phone call: [redacted] has been trying to contact you at [redacted]. Left a few messages and not heard back. The car can be purchased for internet price excluding rebates that customer does not qualify for.
My intent was not to patronize.I discussed the situation with both managers involved and was satisfied they've fulfilled their responsibilities to the client.
