we have contacted the warranty company to verify her coverage on june and we have found out that the customer did not even call the warranty company to file a claim , I have contacted the customer and spoke with her and I found out that customer has assumed that the warranty well not cover her vehicle repairs without bothering to call the warranty company......and I also found out that customer has driven the vehicle for over miles which means that vehicle was in good driving condition we she bought it I have advised the customer to call the warranty company and open claim thanks

sorry about what happened to your car after month contract date feb 27/ ,all cars we sell pass inspection and smog you bought the car "AS IS NO WARRANTY" and we offered you all kind of warranty that you declined, you had the options to take
the car to have it inspected before you bought it (california vehicle code ) posted inside the dealership..again were sorry there is nothing that we can do thank you

Customer has test driven the car before buying! Customer could had taken the car to an independent mechanic to have it inspected before buying the vehicle! All vehicles sold as is and customer signed the as is agreement! We're sorry that the customer has problems with his
vehicle !

I am rejecting this response because: dealership assured me vehicle was in  good condition and had been checked by their own mechanic. Warranty purchased was only warranty available for this vehicle I was told by the salesman that the warranty covered up to $3000 and upon asking to see warranty I saw it was 3000 miles and 1,500 dollars the salesman gave me wrong information regarding warranty. the warranty I purchased does not cover my vehicle for the problems specified and vehicle exceeds mileage covered in warranty. I reject vehicle being sold as is due to the implied warranty of merchantability.

Review: In March 2016, I did a trade in with a down payment of $1000.00

I traded my perfect 2006 [redacted] Civic that I had puchased from [redacted] over a year ago, for a 2007 [redacted] R320.. I wanted something more spacious; I have kids along with carseats and strollers etc. I immediately fell in love with the R320, it drove fine and everything... However, I noticed in April my check engine light came on along with my sparkplug light, the lights then turned off 2days later. In May2016, I was driving on the freeway when all of a sudden I noticed my car losing speed/power, my check engine light came on again. I have been contacting [redacted] since that day occured, he called me back and left a voicemail one time, but had not since responded to my calls or messages I have left for his staff.

Long story short my car drives at a speed of 25mph, I recently took it into a foreign automotive and paid $645 for a diagnostic, my catalytic converter along with all my spark plugs need to be replaced, and even after those are replaced they still need to open up more parts of the car to further diagnose the problems! I have "8" penal codes that appear in my car.. The catalytic converter and spark plugs is a $5,000 problem alone, not even including the second diagnoses I need done on the vehicle. I have not even had the vehicle for half a year and I am already having problems!! I understand I didnt purchase a warranty, I understand everything is "As Is"... Im just pissed off that these people are selling these faulty cars, I am a mother with children, what if We would of died on the freeway due to my cars speed decreasing, and someone crashed into us from behind? As the professional foreign automotive workers even said "the catalytic converter is not a problem that happens overnight", the people at Jala Auto Sales should have throughly inspected my vehicle before selling it to me or anybody else!! Aside from all the debit I owe on the car, Im making 15,000 inpayments toward a vehicle thats now parked on my sidewalkDesired Settlement: I want them to understand that it is NOT okay to sell vehicles with serious problems. Just because you put "As Is" on a vehicle, doesnt mean sell me a car that possibly might be the cause of me and my childrens death! If I wanted to take those chances I would of purchased something from an auction or towe yard, I gave Jala Auto Sales trust that I was buying a secure vehicle for my family. Imagine going full speed on the freeway, then all of a sudden no speed, with cars swerving behind you!

Jala auto sales is the best, looking for a nice car with the right price this is where you need to be, today I drove off this lot feeling really happy thanks to George and his crew, from now on I will always buy my cars them.

Review: Purchased a 2001 Lincoln Navigator I saw advertised on the web site on April 17, 2015 for the purpose of towing my waverunners. When I test drove the vehicle the instrument cluster gages started moving, and the 4 wheel drive knob came off. The salesman asked the mechanic who worked at the dealership and he stated the gages were doting this due to the vehicle being in 4 wheel drive and they would order a new knob. They also told me the car had a diagnostic done and was in good condition, as they have their own shop and mechanic on their lot, and that the vehicle had passed smogged so the engine was good. I also purchased a warranty. Shortly after driving the vehicle, it started stalling and wouldn't start, I took it to [redacted] and had the battery and alternator tested, which were in good condition. Upon checking the coolant level I noticed it had become e low so I filled it, 4 days later the check engine light came on and the cooolant level was extremely low. I took the vehicle to Car Czar on May 14, and asked them to do a diagnostics check. The result was a probable cooolant seepage into the combustion chamber and cylinder head gasket breach at minimum. The engine would need to be pulled. They also found stored codes related to theft system, cylinder misfire, and fuel level sensor circuit fault. The labor costs alone to pull the engine is $2500. I paid $4999.00 for the vechicle. I tried phoning the owner several times but he was out of town. When I stopped in the office to inform him that the vehicle cannot be driven, and needs thousands of dollars in repair, he tried to say there was not anything wrong with it when I bought it, and asked me if I purchased a warranty, which I did but the warranty does not cover gaskets and only up to $1500.00. The owner told me it wasn't their problem and pointed to the "as is" sign. He did not offer any remedy so I told him I would be taking him to court, since I bought a vehicle with a bad engine that I cannot even drive.Desired Settlement: I demand a refund or replacement vehicle for the purpose that I bought the Navigator for which is to be able to tow my waverunners.

Last week I drove by this car lot and found a Beautiful Infiniti M35 in mint condition! I was in need of a vehicle for work! The fellahs there were very inviting and understood my situation! A few years ago I filed for bankruptcy so I knew I couldn't get a car with out a co-signer. So I told them by friday I should have one and they were very understanding to where they said they would keep in contact with me about the car if it was sold or not! So... Last night (2/6/15 Friday) I came back with a co-signer. But [redacted] "The Man" said lets just try your credit by your self and see if I can make it work?.. And to be surprise He made it happened with my bankruptcy and my credit score being very low!!!! It was a very smooth transaction!!! Definitely a great atmosphere there! I would deff. THIS IS WRITTEN JUST SHORT OF A YEAR AFTER PURCHASING A 2007 RAV FOR MY MOTHER IN LAW. (I SHOULD HAVE WRITTEN THIS REVIEW LONG AGO.) WE WERE PLEASED WITH ALL WHO ASSISTED US; THE SALE WENT SMOOTHLY AND MOST OF ALL, MY MOTHER IN LAW HAS BEEN THRILLED WITH HER CAR - EVEN NAMING IT "BABY GIRL". SHOULD WE BE IN THE MARKET FOR ANOTHER PREVIOUSLY OWNED CAR, WE WOULD RETURN TO JALA AUTO SALES.

drove all the way from san Jose with my family, when we got to Jala auto sales , terry had our truck ready for us for a test drive, all cleaned up and ready to go, super polite , knows his trucks very well, my wife was surpriced how clean and respectful people , sales people and management, George in finance was just amazing, got us approved in less than 10 minutes, we bought the truck and went home under 1 hour time frame, all I can say it was my best truck buying ever, ill recommend every body that I know to jala auto sales, thank you so much Jala auto sales

I am not a fan by any stretch of the car buying process. That changed when I stepped onto the lot of Jala Auto Sales and met George. He was kind, funny, personable and not pushy!! I found an infiniti that I really liked but asked if they would mind having a mechanic inspect it before we made the purchase. They told me no problem and even took te car in for me and picked it up when it was done. It needed very minor repairs and without me even asking, Carlos told me they would fix them with no trouble. I arranged to pick the vehicle up the next afternoon- upon arriving, the car had been cleaned inside and out, repairs fixed, and I was greeted with a friendly smile from George. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I would recommend anyone to these guys. Thank you!!!

Review: Purchased SUV and next day overheated (thermostat was broken). Jala Auto will now not reimburse me for the defective car they sold me.

Purchased SUV and next day overheated. They wanted me to drive my overheating SUV 20+ miles so they could look at it. Told them I was taking it in to the closest place I could find. Thermostat was broken and charge was $350 (have receipt). Jala Auto Sales ([redacted]-Salesman) knew of problem and sold car defectively or didn't know about the problem because they failed to perform safety check on car before being sold. Refuses to refund my cost to fix the problem, when problem occurred the next morning after selling me the car.

Here at Jala Auto sales we sell cars with the best of intensions. I would like to address your concern regarding the purchased of your vehicle you made with us, we regret to say that you did not read your contract carefully, that you decline the (two days contract cancellation option agreement form 684 provided by California low), we are not be able to help you out for these reasons:

1. As you recall we did sell you the car "As Is", you had test driven the vehicle and you were very satisfied with the condition at the time of the purchase.

2. We offered you all kind of warranties and you decline it all.

3. We offered to help you by asking you to bring the car to us to fix it and you declined our offer

4. You have talked very impolite to our sales manager.

5. General manager called to help you out to settle this problem, and you have rejected all his offers to help you by telling him that you have already filed a complaint and put lots of bad reviews about the dealership all over the internet, you did not leave him no option to resolve this issue.

6. Finally sir at the time of the purchase you had the choice to take the car to any mechanic at your cost to have the car inspected before you made your purchase and you declined the option you bought the car AS IS... and we are very sorry that this problem has accrued.

I understand I bought an "as is" vehicle, and I did test drive car beforehand, and thought the thermostat would work properly after warmed up... You are a car dealership, did you have the car checked and did u make sure you were not selling a defective car... I guess you did not then instead of being a professional businessman and business owner, you threatened me on the phone and refused to pay for even half of repairs... Not happy at all! [redacted], your salesman said you do business the right way and that he would make sure I'm happy... More lies... And everyone I talked to had extreme attitude with me.. Do not get that mistaken.

I was looking for a chevy camaro and wasnt too sure if I was gonna be able to get one. After looking for a few months I went to jala and the guys there are awsome. Not only did I get my camaro but they gave me a great deal and got my payments exactly where I wanted them. My credit is not so good but they helped me get what I wanted and it was great. I had the most amazing car buying expericance from here. Let me start off I had went to many used car dealerships and Big dealerships like VW, Carmax and BMW to name a few. None helped me and made feel like I was getting a good deal or a safe and reliable car then Jaja Auto sales did. I bought a BMW from them and it is amazing car. Dont be sacared of small auto stores beacuse you feel like you are getting a bad car it will blow your mind on how much they will do to make you feel safe and insure your car is safe for many miles down the road... See [redacted] he made the prosses so easy and fast took no more then 15 minutes to do he made me laugh and feel good buying a car since this is one of the biggest things anyone will buy in thier life time. Even gave me his personal cell in case I have any questions you cant go wrong with [redacted] and the staff. Dont get done by other places stop here FIRST.......
