Wow! Great people, super quick purchase which I was completely amazed with. George got me approved with a loan & gave me a monthly payment qoute over the phone and to my surprise there was additional fees or haggling at all. Great place to buy a car!! In and out in 30 min!!

I had a really good experience I have some challenges when it comes to buying a car and George,Terry and everyone there really went through alot of work to make sure I got tbe vehicle. I needed.

I recently bought an F250 Super Duty from Jala Autosales. I was a little leary since several days up to tha point I had been shopping for an extended cab long bed which apparantly were hard to come by and every other place was down playing them trying to sell lower end vehicles. Jala had a Lariat at a very good price. I worked with [redacted] and [redacted] (relaxed and easy to work with) during the time although I met the entire sales and mechanics. It was one big family type of group. All of them were great, but [redacted] was the man! He stood by what he said and made things happen. It was a very smooth transaction and he even got me a better rate than My bank was giving. Didn't think he could do it but he found a way. Excellent service and very friendly experience. I would highly recommend them. Shop first then stop by and visit them. You will not be sorry.

The staff at Jala Auto Sales were a pleasure to work with. I drove from Fresno to Sacramento to purchase a car that I saw on the internet. When I got there, I was amazed by the large selection of cars. I ended up purchasing another car that I just LOVE! It was DEFINATELY worth the drive. When I got back home I took the car to my mechanic to give it the "once over", and my mechanic was very impressed with the quality and condition of the car. It was in PERFECT condition! I HIGHLY recommend Jala Auto Sales to anyone who is looking for a quality used car.

I usually do not write reviews regardless of how good or bad the service

was because I usually do not have time but this company deserves this. I

initially found this truck on www.carsforsale.com. When I saw it and the

price immediately fell in love. I sent an email through the contact us link to see if the truck was still available. I received an email back saying yes, the truck is still available. Come check it out. I was not prepared to buy at that moment I needed a couple weeks to get everything together. I did not go see the truck at first. Then I would get an email asking if I was still interested in the vehicle. I informed the person yes, just needed some time. This happened several time. So, I finally made my way to their dealership and the truck was perfect. The vehicle was in great shape inside and out. Terry rode with my family and I as we did a test drive. Not only was the truck gorgeous looking but it rode good. I knew that I had to have this truck. When we got back I spoke with Issa and informed him that I loved the truck and I wanted it but I would first like to do a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. Everyone was so willing to do anything to have it looked it. I left a deposit on the truck then and throughout the week we worked out a time and got the vehicle inspected. It passed; the dealership was impressed with the vehicle. Now, I knew I had to have the truck. Back to the person that was sending me the emails. I now know his name is Big George.  I informed George that I wanted the truck and I would have the money within the next few days or by the end of the week. He was truly

understanding of my situation! He told me no problem just let me know when you are coming and we will work this out. Needless to say that time frame came and went several times. George always kept in contact with me to see what was going on. Time and time again I would have to apologize and push the time frame out. Finally after about a month of me having to wait I was able to go and get the truck. Terry, Issa, Carlos, and Lil George were all there. You would think after having to prolong something that they would have been rude and impersonal but they were not. They were just as nice, caring, and personable and understanding as the first day I walked on the lot. We laughed and joked like we had known each other for years. They walked me through each paper and explained anything that I had questions on. I appreciate everyone at the dealership that helped me from the time I sent the first email till the time I drove off of the lot in my 2008 Ford Expedition EL XLT. I just appreciate them so much because they all truly held to their word. Anything they told me they stuck by it. I have recommended them to several people that when they are ready to give them a chance and I recommend you too. I cannot thank them enough for all of their

Review: I purchase a 2006 [redacted] Aero 9-3 from this dealership on 08/06/2015. On 8/8/2015, my husband called for service to have the car jump start. And again, on 8/10/2015 jump start, and had it towed for repairs on 8/15/2015. We had it delivered to [redacted] Auto [redacted]. The mechanic kept the car for over week before he figure it out, he states the car was a lemon and that the dealership would have know the car doesn't work properly. The car Neutral Safety Switch was bad which is the control switch to start the car. The replacement part that I was quote by [redacted] on Fulton Ave. in sacramento was over $2000.00.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund my money $1600 I spent on this car refunded to me. Plus, the diagnostic fee of $150.00 and the fee I spent on tinted windows of $235.00 by JH window tinting.

Customer has test driven the car before buying! Customer could had taken the car to an independent mechanic to have it inspected before buying the vehicle! All vehicles sold as is and customer signed the as is agreement! We're sorry that the customer has problems with his vehicle !
