and the customer. According to their
complaint letter, the customer’s desired resolution is for the order she placed
with an independent salesperson to be fulfilled by JamberryWhile Jamberry is
not the entity at fault in this complaint, we understand that the failure of
someone selling our products certainly dissatisfies a potential customer, and
may discourage future purchases from that customer and othersWe have
fulfilled the order that was placed by the customer with the Independent Consultant,
and we’ve reached out to the person that actually failed the customer in order
to prevent further dissatisfaction going forwardThus, we have now fully
satisfied the customer’s resolution requests in this case

Jamberry and the customerAccording to the complainant’s letter, they placed an order with Jamberry comprising of a buy get free promotion and a mini heater, used all of the products, was dissatisfied, and returned everything in its original packagingWe certainly understand that when it comes to a product like our Nail Wraps, it is difficult to know whether or not you'll love the product until you try itThat's the reason why we've made an allowance in our return policy under "First Time Order Returns"One key element under this policy is that you may use your "first nail wrap", and still be eligible for a refund if returned within daysWhat we generally find, is that if a customer buys wraps as this customer did, and upon using one of the wraps they find that it doesn't work as expected, they don't proceed to use the rest of wraps before returning the product to usIn these cases, we're more than happy to take the loss on that used wrap, as we're happy that our customer at least got the opportunity to try our productOur return policy also states that “Any products other than your first nail wrap purchase must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund.” While the customer returned everything in the original packaging, nothing was in resalable conditionWe issued a refund for the first nail wrap used, as our policy allowed, then provided this customer a gift code for the remaining total of her purchase as an exception to try and make things rightPlease let us know if there are any additional concerns. A return shipping label was issued to *** on December 27th. We reached out again this month when we were notified that she had not received the Return label. *** informed us at this time that she no longer had the product so we issued her a dollar product credit as compensation. We have resolved the issue with ***

We have reached out to *** to discuss her concerns and what actions we can take to help her in this situation As her order has shipped out to her we let her know that we would refund her once we see that the order is on its way back and have offered to send her a return label, we have
also let her know we will refund her for the dollars she incurred in insufficient funds charges At this time we are just waiting on confirmation of return to complete the transaction

We have reached out to [redacted] and have not received any response on this matter.  We apologized for the confusion over pricing but explained that the prices of each wrap are clearly shown when you select the wrap for purchase as well as the buy three get one free promotion, when she attempted...

to call in to make the change the order had already processed and was in our warehouse being picked and we were unable to stop or make any changes at that time.  I explained that she would be be able to return the order to us unused and that we would refund her order in full.   Our return policy is on our website easily accessible to all who purchase.

The customer purchased a Stylebox credit. At point of purchase, it is explained to the customer that they have purchased a credit, and the customer needs to go in and make a selection of the Stylebox they want. The customer misunderstood these directions and never made the Stylebox selection. On the...

8th of January, the customer reached out to us to have her order refunded because it was never shipped. Customer Support explained the issue and gave the customer the needed information to receive her product. However, the customer was not satisfied with the information and reached out to the Revdex.com. She also disputed the charge on her credit card. Because the customer disputed the charge, we cannot issue a refund. At this point there is nothing more we can do to resolve the issue.

Please close the complaint. They did issue a refund via Paypal. Thank you.

They did refund some if the money but not all. Even after saying wraps were defective they still deducted money from me.Did reach out to them wasn't answered.
