Hi, MrB***,I apologize for the inconvenience of not having your vest sooner. This is a great item, and we want you to have your vest as soon as possible. It is popular, and we sell out quickly. Your vest order was filled as soon as we restocked in January. However, as you
mentioned there was a problem with the shipping address, and you did not receive it. In the meantime, the vests sold out again. We have re-implemented your order to fill as soon as we receive more. In addition, we have reached out multiple times to the customer who received your vest with no response. We are willing to make things right for you. There has been no lack of honesty or integrity because we told you about the back order on December 11, and again on December 19, 2017. I cannot explain why the incorrect shipping address was in your file, but we were honest and told you what happened on February 9, when we found out about the shipping problem. I apologize again for the delay, and please know we want you to have your vest as soon as we can make it happen
