James River AC always makes the appointments on time They repaired my unit very quickly and did not leave until all was corrected The tech explained all repairs to me

Kyle D., from James River Air-Conditioning, came to my home yesterday to repair my water leak in my water line that runs into our refrigerator/freezer I actually requested for Kyle to come because I had used him previously and been very pleased with his service He is polite, explains to me (in words that I understand) the problem, the cost to repair, locates the repair parts and then when he can return to repair Kyle was quick to diagnose the problem but most importantly he repaired my appliances perfectly so obviously he really knows what he's doing!!! Again yesterday, after kindly picking up the part, he had my refrigwater line repaired to working order in no-time

Great customer service! They have worked hard to please me and squeeze more life out of my ageing system that was maybe too complex before its timeBut they have stuck with me on issues thru the years with a veteran tech who has become a friendThey even lent me a window AC to survive those few hot days one summer! They were smart to recognize the importance of making sure the condensate drain pan drains properly for something had happened and mine was notStanding condensate water leads to nothing good and they fixed itYou might think a big company like this might always be trying to push a new system but that was NOT my experienceThey listen to customers concerns and hopes for their systemsThat is my experience

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's offer If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that: I am satisfied with the response in that the company came out and verified what the issue isWhat I remain dissatisfied with is how they went about it They were able to verify the issue within minutes, and described the problem as easy to diagnose and common in older unitsWhat they didnt attempt to explain is why it took two previous technicians a total of hour to misdiagnose on the first visit and then hours to diagnose on the second visit, something that is "simple to diagnose" Additionally, rather than offer to repair the unit, and repair the customer business relationship Tom requested that all customer relationship ties be cut and that I simply not call upon their business again and find someone else to make the repairs, now that I the customer knew what the problem was I personally feel like a lot of time was spent by the company angrily justifying their employees work rather than addressing the real need to repair the system and to interact with the customer in a way the promoted a future relationshipAnd being that such was the case rather than cap uncapped wires, they were left open and described as acceptable, rather than neaten work, it was analyzed and pushed back to its location, described as satisfactoryAnd rather than offer a solution satisfactory to the customer the business' response was take your money back and don't ask for our helpMaybe from surprise, disbelief and shock at their choice of actions I was left somewhat speechless and agreed that this was likely the best solution I don't recall every being treated this way by a company and I guess its to my benefit to not deal with the likes of them again I can get back to you at: [redacted] Regards, Hilton [redacted]

There are not enough good words for me to write about JRAC They are the best!! I called at 7:am with a problem and now at 2:pm on the same day, the problem is solved The technician, Hein BWas great He explained every step of the repair and went out of his way to get parts

James River AC promptly replied to my request for service Mike J spent time inspecting the components of my AC unit, brainstorming possible causes of the problem and Explaining the remedies Mike explained the situation to my husband by phone Mike gets out of stars!

James River is an excellent companyThey take a personal interest in your systems and home Mike J***, the service representative, was great!

Mike Jwas very professional, knowledgeable and friendly Very satisfied with James River Air ever since getting our new heat pumps and maintaining our service with them
