As requested, all orders since August 25th were refunded in full The refunds were initiated on September 29th and the customer should see the refunds to the card within a few days

***,I looked into your account with the email you provided of [redacted] and unfortunately am unable to find any orders in January when you stated you had the fraud The only orders I see were in April There appears to be some misinformation The account with the email listed previously is now deleted so no further orders will come through

Jane's customer service responded to this customer on 9/21/with a full refund and stated the following: Hi [redacted] ,I'm so sorry the seller never respondedI have now issued your refundYou should see the refund on your statement within 2-business daysPlease let me know if there is anything else I can help you withThank you! :)

Jane LLCis an online boutique marketplace available for public use (at www.jane.com) Jane takes pride in the fact that our website is safe and secure for our users to make purchases, and we have preventative security measures in place to combat credit card fraudWe thoroughly investigated this issue and our research indicates that your debit card information was likely compromised by a third-party who is unaffiliated with Jane LLCAlthough we did locate that a purchase was attempted using your card, Jane’s secured payment system rejected this transaction because no CVV number was provided and no charges were successfully captured from your cardWe regret that a purchase was attempted using your card and highly suggest that you contact your bank or card issuer to cancel this card

We reached out to customer and issued a full refund

We gave the customer jane credit for the purchase so she would be able to buy another jane purchase at her discretion

Jane.com notified the seller of the complaint and asked them if they were using the picture without permission Seller responded "this image was sold to me on a disk I paid for from the CCSA ( Contemporary ceramic studio association) I own many Paint your own pottery studios and was a member
of the association at the time of purchaseAll studios that had joined the association shared images that were put on a disk for all to use in advertising, website ectwe sell 100's of these plates as well as other items in my locationsall times are had painted so none are 100% alike"Jane.com sent the above information to the individual who submitted the complaint and we are actively looking to resolve the issue

Customer was refunded today, October 25th. Customer should see a refund posted to her account within business days

This customer, [redacted], has been contacted now- she received her refund on May 15th and I have also added a $10.00 Jane credit to her account due to her not knowing about our return policy and that anything that is not damaged or incorrect is customer responsibility to return :) I have not yet...

heard back from [redacted] regarding my follow up to her though (reached out May 30th). Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

As requested, all orders since August 25th were refunded in full.  The refunds were initiated on September 29th and the customer should see the refunds to the card within a few days.

Our customer service manager reached out to the customer via email ([redacted]) two times to gather more information to find out why this customer's card is being charged.  We have not heard anything back yet from [redacted].  We need additional information to find who's account...

these charges are taking place to find out who is using her card.  As soon as we hear back from [redacted] (please reply to Ashley at [email protected]) we'll get this resolved.

We are in communication with customer.  We looked into the charges and none of them were captured, so the customer should see the pending charges drop off of her credit card statement.
