Our customer rep submitted the credit to the email on this complaint with the Revdex.com, which is [redacted].  However, upon receiving this notification from the Revdex.com that...

[redacted] never received it we found that her email with Jane is [redacted].  We just added $36.96 Jane credit to [redacted].Hopefully our Jane customer can now see and use the credit.  We are very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration our customer experienced and we hope this helps resolve the concern.Thanks!Jane.com

Notes to business: Perhaps the phone number of your site should be on the contact page and not privacy. Being that your site offer sales around the clock your site should also provide 24/7 customer service, especially since your site sometimes experiences false advertisement. Though I messaged after your customer service hours, I repeatedly provided my phone number and asked to be called. This matter was serious enough that someone should have called me. A complaint like this should have been sent directly to someone higher than regular support and I should've received prompt service. The deal was available when I viewed the site well after 8:45 pm but perhaps that is due to the time zone difference which you are not  taking into consideration, among other things. It is utterly unacceptable that you show no concern for the customers who purchased this deal even once you were made aware that it was of false advertisement. Although I am extremely upset that your business was not very keen on sensing a false advertisement, was not extremely helpful to me with my stolen images, I suppose the truly unlucky is your customers who you fail to protect.

Although we did locate that a purchase was attempted using your card, Jane’s secured payment system rejected this transaction because no CVV number was provided and no charges were successfully captured from your card. We regret that a purchase was attempted using your card and highly suggest that you contact your bank or card issuer to cancel this card.
