At this time, I have been contacted directly by Jang Health Group regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Actually My bank has been talking to them and the charges listed in the above complaint were returned to my accountHowever at the time I filed the complaint, I was not aware (until received bank statement) that there were other charges from this company in MarchI contacted my bank again and they are working on getting those charges returned to my accountHave not heard anything positive concerning the 2nd dispute from National Bank as yetI still do not find this company to be trustworthyI guess I checked the wrong box and couldn't undo itShould have checked no direct response, as my bank is one who has contacted themI have not personally heard from the company directly In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, Judi J***

THE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RESOLVED, but their claims are not trueWhen I signed up online, none of the stated conditions were givenMy bank had to contact them in a dispute twiceThey returned the first two disputed charges, but then on my bank statement I saw more charges the previous month that I was not aware ofMy bank filed another dispute and that money was recently returnedI'm glad they returned the money, but what they say was clearly stated was not presentI was clearly not smart to sign up online for samples of a product and won't do that again, but also would not do business with this companyAfter my experience with them, I checked the internet and found several similar complaints from othersYou may close this case, as my money was returned
