Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting the response because:
I contacted them several times after march 30 and was told the check was in the mail... they called once and I returned the call the next day, someone from the 618 area code. Didn't hear back... the text pictures were of 2 checks one that was the original that was probably in someone's todo box. The other I thought the said they were mailing out. Have not received as of today. Why sell an upgrade when you cant deliver and why promise to install the brake system and not do it. But still charge me for both... I just want the money that they over charged and for some reason they wont send or deliver it[redacted]Manchester MO 63021

For the past week we have been trying to reach Mr. [redacted] via phone, text and email. We spoke to Mrs [redacted] and she gave us his cell number so we attempted to call him several times and texted him at least couple of times, but we have not heard back or received any response. We also emailed detailed...

information two days and still no response yet. We were not aware that Mr. [redacted] didn't receive the check in the amount of $388. A check was issued and mailed out on March 30th, 2016, but after doing the research and calling the bank, we realized that the check was never cashed. So after reading his concern we have issued another check in the amount of $500 to take care of him, however,  we need to make sure that the information we have is accurate so we can either hand it, deliver it or mailed to Mr. [redacted]. We did send a copy of both checks to show that we had the first check in due time and the other one was ready as soon as he requested it. Also, to clarify about the auto start, we called the Ford dealership that is the closest to us and the one we do business with on regular basis, we were told that we couldn't add it to the existing remote and that is why we went with the other option. We apologize for inconvenience or delay this may have caused, it was not intentional. The current check is ready in the amount of $500. Thank you.Jay Wolfe Management.

I would like to verify that this case was closed and the complaint was retracted since that is what the customer has said and also since he was taken care of and we sent him a check to reimburse him for his rental car. Thank you.

NO, I will not retract what I said because it IS true and correct. What happened, happened and nothing can change or undo it.
YES, they did send me a check for the balance of my expenses, which I received on January 26, 2016.
YES, now being fully reimbursed for all my expenses (which only happened because of this complaint), I am now satisfied.

Toyota financial makes the decisions on the college grad programs based on many credit criteria and not just credit score, but despite the fact that we don’t make the final decision on the college grad program, we still took care of Ms. [redacted] and mailed her the $750 check as a courtesy...

from our dealership for the miscommunication. She was happy with the outcome.
