This company took full payment with the understanding the work would be completed within an hour or two. They left without completing the work and never came back. Within a day, the work they did to correct a rebar rust bleed, started rusting though the plaster patch they just repaired. At first they said they would come out to address it. Now they refuse to respond to my email,calls or text.

Revdex.com,In reference to complaint ID 1465***8, and find that this proposed resolution is satisfactory as long as it is completed.The rebar rust plaster patch was completed. We are still waiting for the tile replacement and grouting.
