I am rejecting this response because: USBI is the billing company in which I was referred to by my ATT&T phone service provider.  I called, spoke to someone and was constantly put into a phone call loop that didn't not work.  The name on my bill is USBI and according to ATT&T is with whom I must contact to turn this "service" off. I quite frankly do not care who they "bill for" in regard to the service. I never signed up for the service to begin with nor did I EVER give permission to be billed for a service I never requested.Let me be very clear here. I NEVER requested service or billing from USBI. Their name is on the bill, and they're the ones that need to resolve this issue.  No name was ever provided for another point of contact. USBI is on the bill with this phone [redacted] .  This is a known issue as a quick [redacted] search will find many more complaints: [redacted]This is clearly a scam.  The info that comes up for USBI is here: [redacted]Feel free to contact them and get the proper info. This is a few more steps away from a class action law suit.

services and act as a billing screen for the carriers to participate in “cramming” under the guise of replacing local service packages.

(`BNLD') has received the above-referenced complaint. Kindly allow me to respond.The customer alleges that they have not been able to reach BNLD's Customer Service Department in order to cancel the service. BNLD has no record of the customer ever attempting to contact BNLD for any reason.On November 8, 2016, BNLD canceled the above account and blocked it from incurring further charges. Additionally, BNLD added the above billing telephone number on its internal Do-Not-Call list. As a matter of professional courtesy, BNLD has issued the customer's full requested twelve-month credit of $83.88 for the monthly recurring charges. Please allow one to two billing cycles for this credit to appear on your local billing statement.Based upon the foregoing, BNLD believes that it has conducted itself in accordance with FCC and Commission regulations in all regards in this matter. BNLD respectfully asks that both BSG Billing Services Group and the Revdex.com to close this file and consider this complaint to be resolved.
