On September 21, 2017 *** from the J.C.Ellis Design Company in North Eastham, Ma contracted with us to begin work on a Site and Septic Design Plan for the Duplex on *** in West Dennis Massachusetts. With a $1,000 deposit he was to begin work on the plan that was to start September 21 and be complete in "2-3 weeks" as he *** stated in the contract.
We have tried to contact *** by phone no less than 12 times and by e-mail no less than 10 times with absolutely no response to either voice mails and e-mails. Our Real Estate agent has also tried multiple times to find out his progress on the plan and she has received no response from the J.C. Ellis Design company.
At this point we have began the Septic Plan design with another designer.
