The other two companies would only provide a quote over the phone based on the number of rooms. I had no problem reaching Nathan when I needed to reschedule, and he insisted on vacuuming before getting started. Nathan was friendly, efficient and professional. I also appreciated receiving the online Work Order and the follow-up online Receipt for payment. The carpeting dried within 90 minutes and looks like new, and I will not hesitate to refer this company to friends.
