I have used this company 3 times for carpet cleaning. I have used other companies but my carpets stains do not come up as well. The service and results from this company and Nathan have gone beyond my expectations. The last time my carpets were cleaned my dog had a nasty accident on them shortly after. Nathan came and cleaned it free off charge. I am so very thankful for such fantastic service. I will only be using this company in the future.

[redacted] is very responsive in these circumstances. His dry cleaning method means that residents do not have to be out of their suites for hours while the carpet dries. We also have numerous common areas such as hallways, a common room and a large dining room [redacted] stands behind his work and will come back and work on a stubborn stain if necessary. The equipment is brought without obstructing driveways, cords through windows, over patio plants, and everything is done efficiently. The results were excellent. Two stains in off-white carpets that I thought were permanent were removed after careful consideration .My area rugs were on location instead of being taken away and having to wait for a time for them to be returned. The carpet cleaner was quiet and respectful. I will use Dry-Way again..
