At this time I am giving a conditional acceptance in reference to complaint ID ***, as I will try the solution that was agreed upon with Jeff Couch. This involves fixing the leak in the roof of the slide out and being reimbursed for the materials. As I am not sure if what appears to be the pin hole in the roof is the actual cause of the leak of if there has been more damage cause by the leak then is apparent at this time, I can not give full acceptance. I will contact Jeff Couch upon completion of the agreed upon work and proceed accordingly

During my first phone call with Hunter I told him I would NOT be purchasing a camper from you all and apologized for any inconvenience. It should have ended there. But NO, he continued to call and email. That is not doing his job, that is harassment. I emailed him after we purchased a camper locally, thinking that would end the phone calls and emails. But NO, it did NOT. He emailed and called meREALLY?! I called you, MrCouch, to explain and get it to stop. Before I could say much at all you started cussing at me and told ME to leave HIM aloneSeriously??????? My phone and email logs show him not leaving Me alone.
