After connecting with you about my complaint, the General Manager, [redacted] ***, called almost immediately and asked me to bring my Escalade back in and he then fixed all my mechanical issues! That’s customer service! [redacted]

Response: I actually spoke to [redacted] at length about this situationI did let him know that we inspect all of the used vehicles we sellI also let him know that sometimes issues will come up with used cars that are out of our controlThis was a high mileage car that he purchased AS-ISI let him know that I could work with him on the price of fixing it or that I could take it in tradeHe wanted a full refund for the vehicle and I let him know that was something we wouldn't doSent on: 11/1/5:50:PM

No they have not I was told I would get a call around the th of August and I have not received a call yet!

I applied for car loan with Jeff Wyler on 8/3/2015 I told them I would have 2,000.00 in 7-10 days wanted payment’s 300.00 -350.00 max. Mike T was working on it I called him back told him things didn’t work out I don’t have anything down he said let me work on it see if can get it with no down payment he said u need a van I said yes or third row he said ok. He called me back on 8/6/15 @ 1:30 said Ms. Ford I have it worked out with no down payment monthly 450.00 I said it more than what I want but I’ ll make it work. He told me what to bring I went to the Dixie store was there 2 plus hours to be told I can’t do it without 500.00 down can u borrow it from someone I said no then I asked could I put it to the end of loan . Brandy M comes in being really rude and said in my computer I have 2,000.00 down I said that what I thought but I spoke with Mike and told him didn’t have she said the bank wants 500 now and 500 in later date I said Mike just said 500.00 she said well I’m telling u this cause what he said wasn’t right she kept over talking me I said well I can go else were she said good luck closed the door as I was talking I left complaint on the voice mail for Jeff Wyler and manger called me back he said he would look into then I find out that Mike was saying that I lied about everything he didn’t say that I have it recorded on my phone.. I feel based off these 2 employees Jeff Wyler does not value customers because the way Brandy talked to me like I was nothing then Mike lying on customers I would rate the company with all zeroes and would not advise anyone to go there . her car and purchase another vehicleWith her credit situation we were unable to do that without a good amount of money downWe let her know that with a co-signer we could get the loan approved without trading her vehicle inIt seems this is where she misunderstood what was happeningWhen she called in a month or so later I spoke with her about everythingWe agreed on our end to unwind the dealThis is not something we had to do but chose to doWe cancelled the loan on the new car she purchased and helped her with the penalties on the car she was originally going to trade since she had not made payments to that accountSent on: 11/1/5:45:PM

Ms*** came in and spoke
with *** and myself and we resolved the situation. Her rotors were under warranty and it seems like she got some bad information from other mechanic shops that she had look at her vehicle. The issue has been fixed and she left a happy customer!

Response: Mr*** brought his vehicle to us for repairsHe wanted to buy his own parts for us to put onWe normally don't allow this but we made a concession for Mr***We replaced part and then another part was neededIt took Mr*** a long period of time to provide this part for us
His vehicle was here for a long period of time but that was because Mr*** took a long time getting us the different parts he wanted installedWe did discount the work that we did when he came in to pick up his vehicleSent on: 10/31/1:09:PM

I have taken our business elsewhere because I feel that this should had never happened if the car was fully inspected like it should hadThey can give me excuses after excuse but they sold me a limon car that should had never been sold off their lot to begin withI texted the sales rep as soon as I had a problem with car and never got one responseThey were very rude about whole situation and other dealerships have told me they can't believe that happenedI will never go into that dealership again and anyone I know will not go into that dealership eitherI have family that have been going to that dealership for many years and will not anymoreAlso they don't return your callsI had to call I don't know how many times and the guy made it look like sorry he got to busy and didn't get a chance to callThey don't know how to treat customers and that is from the store level all the way up the ladder.I want an actual apology from dealership for selling a limon and not doing tests on this carWe bought a car at another dealership and told them about our experienceNo apology was ever came out of this and I will not accept anything at this point because it was such a negative experience.

*** ***s why should I pay more money out due to their neglect my truck just got out of *** Chevrolet was told the cam bearings was knicked up during install of the cam that Jeff wyler installed my truck had to have a new engine put in this time I had to replace accereries on the motor that were also broken and not replaced properly and a bill I had to pay for Jeff wylers mess up and not to mention the months I've been without my truck which had affected my job in the processI have all the receipts for the extra parts that were broken during the repair you guys made in August

To whom it may concern;  [redacted] vehicle has been repaired and she is happy. I had her vehicle picked up for the needed repairs.I had the mobile repair person come and fix the scratches that were along the edge of the where the dash meets the radio. While I had the vehicle [redacted]...

[redacted] called and told me that at times the turn signal would not cancel.  I drove the vehicle and made over 25 turns and tested both turn signals with no issues. I kept in touch with her during the entire repair. I had the vehicle washed and gassed up before returning the vehicle to her and picking up our loaner car. Customer stated that if the turn signal acted up again she would video it for me. I followed up with the customer the next day and she stated that the signal acted up on her way home. Also the plastic cover around the steering column had become separated. This could have happened during the time I test drove it and being returned to her. ( I might have hit with my knee and separated the plastic pieces) I ordered the plastic covers needed to fix the area around the steering column. Once they came in I dropped off a loaner vehicle and picked up her vehicle for repair. Once the vehicle was back I again test drove and did get the turn signal to act up. I replaced the signal stalk and the column covers at no charge. I again had her vehicle cleaned, fueled and returned to her. I followed up the next day with a text and she was happy with all of the repairs. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to me.  Thank You.     [redacted]

[redacted]'s and would like to propose an offer that could satisfy both parties. On behalf of Jeff Wyler Dixie Chevrolet, would like to offer to fix the headlight assembly and amplifier for Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle where Mr. [redacted]'s pay $200 for his portion of the repair and Jeff Wyler support the remaining expense.The parts are not readily available and would need to be ordered upon Mr. [redacted]'s agreeing to the offer have presented. Once the parts arrive, we can arrange in scheduling his vehicle in to complete the ??????s.Please have Mr. [redacted]'s contact me with any questions at ###-###-####.Sincerely,[redacted]
