Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowJust to clarify, I not only left a deposit, but I signed a purchase agreement and specifically asked that a vehicle be ordered for me The agreed upon price was at a very favorable price It was recently suggested to me by another dealership that the favorable price may be creating a disincentive for Jeff Wyler Dixie Honda (JWDH) to fulfill my order While JWDH has made repeated offers to cancel my order/return my deposit, I would like to believe that JWDH still intends to fulfill the purchase agreement If JWDH is unwilling or unable to fulfill the order, I believe it would be reasonable for JWDH to reimburse me for any increase in cost resulting from me having to purchase the vehicle through a different Honda dealershipRegards, [redacted]  %

We have been working with Ms [redacted] for a few weeks now to get her VW fixed The vehicle should be ready by the end of this week and Ms [redacted] seems to be happy with the help she is getting from us We have put her in a loaner car free of charge while doing this work The delay before was due to a warranty that Ms [redacted] purchased that had not taken effect yet Please let me know if there is anything else you needThanks, [redacted] General Manager Jeff Wyler Dixie Honda

Complaint
About years ago I leased a Honda Civic from *** *** Honda Chevrolet I never had any trouble in the years I leased with themWell after getting numerous letters in the mail stating if we came by to buy or lease another vehicle we wouldn't be charged any negative equity for the
Honda Civic when we traded it back in we decided to go talk to themSaturday May 22nd my husband and I went to see what our options were on either buying another car, buying the car I was leasing, or just drop off the one I had leased (because we didn't want to get stuck in the hole of leasing again)Every time I asked the sales guys how much would it be to just drop my vehicle off (since I did go over the allowed miles) they were very reluctant to tell me that price because they wanted to sell me another vehicleFinally after asking many times I was told I would owe about $2,but they promised if I bought another car from them they would drop all the negative equity from the We where made to feel stuck with buying a car from themThey wouldn't even tell us the intrest rate on our new car before we signed the papers(that's our fault for not pushing more before we signed but the intrest rate isn't the problem)So we bought a new Honda Civic ( BTW I love the car it's beautiful)We get home and look over the like pages of paperwork and see that they did charge us about $2,negative equity for my leased even though we were told numerous times we wouldn't be charged for thatIf I knew we were gonna have to pay that $2,anyway I would have just dropped the leased car off and went elsewhere to look for another car like at the *** storeWhen I called to talk with the car lot about all this they say we'll it must of been a misunderstanding blah blah blahThey tried to offer me free floor mats or free oil changes for years (my grandpa sells ams oil and gives it to me free then I change my own oil for free so I don't need that) but they say there is nothing they can do about the numbers and pricingBull!!! They also misguided me to make me think they poly steel they put on my car was included in the price of the car as well but then charged me over $for thatBut I already had that put on so there's nothing I can do about thatI wouldn't have gotten the poly steel had I known the costI feel this was a classic case of bait and switch I just want people to be very aware before signing any paperwork when buying a car so nothing additional gets slid under your radarI will keep looking into this to see if there is anything I can do about it but I don't want anyone else to have to deal with the same crap I'm dealing with at Jeff Wyler Dixie HondaI know this is a he said she said case and maybe just maybe this was a misunderstanding on my part(doubtful) I will say other than Jeff Wyler Dixie sticking an additional $2,for the negative equity they promised me I wouldn't be charged and the $for the poly steel I was lead to believe was included in the priceI absolutely love the car and the sales guys where very nice they just refuse to help fix this mistake
Desired Resolution
I would like them to stay true to their original wordI feel this was like a bait and switchI know I can't get the money for the poly steel back but I would like to have the negative equity charge taken off of what I owe since I was told and lead to believe several times that I would not be
charged the negative equity for my previous vehicle

I am not satisfied by this. Our credit was worsened only because of this. I was not part of the loan at all. However I am liable and find this to be not good business to FORGE a signiture. I never received a copy and will be contacting an attorney in reguards to this complaint. [redacted] is my boyfriend not my husband. I don't know any reputable company that you buy a vehicle from in July and don't have a standing contract until October. That isn't acceptable at all. I wanted to be satisfied by them helping us and nothing more than that. I will contact our [redacted] company to receive the original documents to prove I didn't sign them and will see what a judge has to say.
