I spoke with Mr. [redacted] and let him know that I had already claimed his online $25 gift card and that he should have received an email with the verification. He stated that he didn't so I re-submitted the offer and he said he did receive it but that he doesn't use Amazon for the $25 online Amazon gift card. I then submitted a $25 Visa online gift card for him to use. So I assigned two $25 gift cards to Mr. [redacted]. Please contact me if you have any questions.

 The car was traded in, and the car was not over in mileage nor did it have any damage to it. This dealership has been shady from day 1. I reached out to them on more than 2 occasions.

I spoke with [redacted] and it seems that this incident was just a lack of communication. The email she received about $1,000 worth of savings was sent because about 11 months ago a savings card was mailed to their home. [redacted] didn't remember receiving anything and I explained to her that the email was just to let her know that the savings available on the card expired 12 months from when it was originally sent. She understood what I explained to her and she is going to reach back out to me. I let her know that I would like to help her out with discounts on accessories if she planned on adding some.

[redacted]The vehicle was advertised on their combat web site at the price I paid,$13,995, and had"Certified" inn bold blue color.  I paid the asking price!.  No where in the ad did it say certification would cost extra.  Their add also stated that the vehicle had navigation.  Not my fault that the dealership management doesn't have better control of their sales process.

I am not satisfied by this. Our credit was worsened only because of this. I was not part of the loan at all. However I am liable and find this to be not good business to FORGE a signiture. I never received a copy and will be contacting an attorney in reguards to this complaint. [redacted] is my boyfriend not my husband. I don't know any reputable company that you buy a vehicle from in July and don't have a standing contract until October. That isn't acceptable at all. I wanted to be satisfied by them helping us and nothing more than that. I will contact our [redacted] company to receive the original documents to prove I didn't sign them and will see what a judge has to say.

Just to clarify, I not only left a deposit, but I signed a purchase agreement and specifically asked that a vehicle be ordered for me.  The agreed upon price was at a very favorable price.  It was recently suggested to me by another dealership that the favorable price may be creating a disincentive for Jeff Wyler Dixie Honda (JWDH) to fulfill my order.  While JWDH has made repeated offers to cancel my order/return my deposit, I would like to believe that JWDH still intends to fulfill the purchase agreement.  If JWDH is unwilling or unable to fulfill the order, I believe it would be reasonable for JWDH to reimburse me for any increase in cost resulting from me having to purchase the vehicle through a different Honda dealership.

Response: [redacted] and her husband came in and leased a car from us in May. I have spoken with my sales manager that handled their deal and it seems that there is confusion between mileage/wear and tear penalties and negative equity. If a lease is turned in instead of traded in the customer is responsible for any mileage/wear and tear penalties. If the customer trades the car to the dealer they are not charged any penalties from the lender. They did trade their lease in to us and they did sign a purchase order stating that there was negative equity of $2,165.83. They also gave us a 100% survey through Honda Motor Company that they didn't receive until roughly a week after the sale. Complaint

When purchasing a vehicle through Jeff Wyler we had a financing person named Mr. [redacted].. We traded our vehicle and purchased our 2009 Honda Access Coupe. While doing so [redacted] had made 18 hits on our credit to get financing. Thus making our credit very low. Anyway, we had been told that our...

financing fell through and he would need to get us a new loan. This was in July of 2014. Jeff Wyler had already sold our vehicle so there was no turning back. [redacted] then had to get us financing through another lender and while doing so he had to run our credit some more. This happened 3 times. Finally in October we were [redacted]d through [redacted]. I never signed the papers for this loan nor even seen them... Our car is worth 10,000 but we are paying 19,000... When I went to get the registration paid on the car I was told I'm not even on the title. How am I not on the title when I am on the loan. This is very shady business to me. My boyfriend whom is on the loan with me used to work for Jeff Wyler and I did contact the manager who did absolutely nothing for us. I do know my boyfriend was scolded and yelled at for going above the managers head..M My understanding is that Mr. [redacted] was let go because of these complaints.. I am so disappointed in the handling of this whole process. I feel like I am not the only one who has been dealt with like this.

We have been working with Ms. [redacted] for a few weeks now to get her VW fixed.  The vehicle should be ready by the end of this week and Ms. [redacted] seems to be happy with the help she is getting from us.  We have put her in a loaner car free of charge while doing this work.  The delay...
