We received the information listed below from your customer.  This complaint has been closed as resolved.  If you have any questions, we are happy to assist you. 
MESSAGE:
Customer sent a handwritten letter, dated October 12, 2015, stating she had met with Thomas Gleason and he was very kind and professional and that he addressed her problems. She also stated that everything was taken care of and want to thank Mr. Gleason for his help.

I would also like to list to the General Manager that the recall date is May 04, 2016 and I bought the vehicle after that time. They never checked for a recall prior to selling the car.  Please add that to the response.

I spoke with [redacted] and she said that she is satisfied with what we did by matching the price of the Warranty with what [redacted] had quoted her.   The only other concern she had is she has not received her payment coupon yet and I told her that I would find out the information for her....

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The paperwork did finally arrive although very late.  We finally got up to the Secretary of Sate's office and they accepted the paperwork so the title has been applied for and the car is now registered.  While the lack or a response to numerous emails is completely unacceptable, the dealer did finally get us the paperwork.
