Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They are safety related recalls as they are air bag and gear shift recallsIt is the responsibility of the dealership to check on the recalls before selling to a consumerThe dealership could have just as easily checked as I did with a simply Google Suzuki SXrecalls and called the companyIt took all but minutes and looking out for the consumerAlso the value of the car was in questionI do not feel that all of the issues were addressed but they are willing to loan me a car so they can run it up to get the recalls checkedI would like for them to fully inspect the car as well because some of the issues I addressed when purchasing the car was in fact valid [redacted] stated there was nothing wrong with the brakes but they are squealing and so forthWhen the car if fully inspected and repaired, I will be somewhat satisfied but I still wouldn't recommend going to this dealershipIt was like pulling teeth to make this right, and not fully satisfiedI mainly heard excuse after excuseI will not close this case until it is completed Regards, [redacted]

Customer is writing this complaint before we have the opportunity to fix this problem. She has been told to drop the car off and there will be no charge to fix the items she has paid for that keep accruing.  She is scheduled to drop the unit off on 9-3-2015 for us to correct the...

problem.  If there are other issues that is not covered under her limited warranty, customer is responsible for repairs.

He wants this business to leave him alone and not contact him.
