I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They are safety related recalls as they are air bag and gear shift recalls. It is the responsibility of the dealership to check on the recalls before selling to a consumer. The dealership could have just as easily checked as I did with a simply Google Suzuki SX4 recalls and called the company. It took all but 10 minutes and looking out for the consumer. Also the value of the car was in question. I do not feel that all of the issues were addressed but they are willing to loan me a car so they can run it up to get the recalls checked. I would like for them to fully inspect the car as well because some of the issues I addressed when purchasing the car was in fact valid. [redacted] stated there was nothing wrong with the brakes but they are squealing and so forth. When the car if fully inspected and repaired, I will be somewhat satisfied but I still wouldn't recommend going to this dealership. It was like pulling teeth to make this right, and not fully satisfied. I mainly heard excuse after excuse. I will not close this case until it is completed.

As I've discussed with Revdex.com via phone and e-mail, the business has not agreed to nor negotiated a settlement. I've been trying to negotiate a final settlement with [redacted] with Jeff Wyler in Lawrenceburg per the findings of Busam Subaru (Suzuki authorized repair facility).
