After review of complaint dated 9/6/we have discussed [redacted] allegations with our sales representativesIt is our belief that his concerns were a result of a misunderstanding between Dennis B [redacted] and our sales representativeYou can be assured that I have discussed this matter in detail with all of our representatives, as well as our accounts receivable department and to avoid any future misunderstandings, Jenlar Products has removed Bridger Health Care from our customer files.Our Customer service department spoke with [redacted] concerning this matter and agreed to pick up the unwanted products at our expenseAttached are copies of the return labels faxed to him on 9/7/In addition we have voided their open invoices and they have a Zero balance.If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.Regards,Sandy S [redacted] Vice President

I received a call asking me if I'd like to try a 1/a case of black garbage bags while at the same time receiving a $ [redacted] gift cardThey sent me cases of black garbage bags priced at $and I still haven't received the gift cardNormally, I pay around $per case of garbage bagsI have repeatedly tried calling their number but nobody ever answers the phoneI searched their company online and I found multiple reviews of this scam

Unethical business Practices Call and ask for Dietary Manager They get her on the phone and get her name Then use that name to send an invoice to the facility with her name as a reference and state it was a verbal order We do not purchase from them nor would we ever purchase from them They are scammers and unethical Should be illegal the way they solicit if it already isn't

Jenlar Products sent a product to one of our progams in Columbus, Msthat we did not orderOne of our workers accepted it and was told that we had given a verbal consent for the itemsWe did notHowever, we did pay the invoice for that item since it was acceptedI am in the purchasing deptfor so I went online after I found out about it and found their phone has been disconnected and when I called their number a man answered and when I asked if was Jenlar he hung up on meAlso, they had several bad reviews online that were identical to what they were doing to usOne of the reviews said they are a scamSince that time they have harassed our accounts payable deptby phone and by email and the supervisor over the program by phone and by emailThey said we have received another item and they are demanding payment for it nowThey were told time and again that we didn't order anything and we certainly haven't excepted anything from then and we will not pay for items we did no

A Sales Rep named Steve repeatedly calls me from Jenlar products and asks me what product I use more between two of their products If I tell him that I use a particular product, even if I tell him that I don't need it, he sends me a $case of degreaser for example If I tell him that I don't need any product from him at all he tells me that they are sending me product from a backordered shipment from an earlier order I get the $case with Verbal under the order number If I tell Steve that I didn't order his product and will no longer order his product, he tells me that this is the last case of backordered product and I will not receive any more product Then a month later, he calls me even though I have told him not to call me, and even after I tell him that I no longer will be using his product and he says that he will call me at the end of the year I tell him that I do not want him to call me Then, within a week, I receive another case of "backordered product" The

My complaint with Jenlar Products involves such: I work at an assisted living facility.This company made a random call to me regarding ordering heavy duty trash bags from themI had no such contact with them prior to the call; however, the representative(s) that called me at my place of employee lead me under the impression that we had been doing business in the passNot sure exactly how they got our contact informationThey must have intercepted it during one of our latest vendor transitionsPerhaps that work with our present vendor in some aspectsEither way, the representatives (on two occasions) called me at the place of employmentThey first asked me about their product (trash bags)...whether or not it was a good productI wasn't exactly sure who I was talking to or why they were calling me, so I could not particularly answer their question regarding the productOnce they mentioned the trash bags, I did say that the product was good; however, I had no recollection of order

We were scammed with the Jenlar company calling and saying they will be sending out a sample productI asked the fee and their response was no charge whatsoeverAfter receiving the product weeks later we received an invoice to be paid for $I have tried calling the numbers on the invoice and receive no response even after leaving multiple voice mailsI've also tried contacting other business numbers and have had no responseThe customer service is unbelievableAfter resolving these matters we would like to be taken completely off any calling list associated with this company

Jenlar has repeatedly call Bridger Healthcare and gotten "verbal orders" from employees that are not authorized to order chemical productsOn 8/I spoke with them personal and asked them to not ship the product, that we didn't want further productThey proceeded to ship the items anywayThey ten sent me a bill for the itemsI called on 8/and 9/and reminded them that I asked them to NOT ship the product, and that I also wanted to be removed from their call listI was told that I would be faxed and return slip through fedex on both occasions, this never occurredWhen I repeated my self and told them I would report them to the Revdex.com, I was hung up onI now have a product that I do not want, that they will not return, that they continue to bill me forOn top of this, when we have refused to pay the bill in the past, they have called every day and threatened collections

We, too, received an unsolicited phone call asking to send 55gallon trash liners and the employee, with no purchasing authority, thought she was speaking to our regular vendorTwo cases were shipped and invoice received--products priced at more than 500% more than our usual productsI will say that when the invoice was questioned through phone calls, we were able to reach a resolution with Jenlar to honor price difference since product was partially used All were pleasant to deal with, however, I did request that they do not contact us againI certainly wouldn't give them an A as a rating--maybe a B- since they made an effort but way too unprofessional on the front end!

misrepresented that we did business with them in the past. After checking our records we found that we did do business with them back in 2011. You can be assured that I have discussed this matter in detail with all of our representatives and to avoid any future misunderstandings, Jenlar has removed [redacted] from our customer files. In addition we have credited them in the amount of 289.06 for the return merchandise.
